We recently had a door and windows installed in our home. We were very pleased with the outcome. They were very courteous and took great effort in protecting the interior of our home while they were working and even vacuumed our carpet, hung shades and moved furniture back when the windows were done. We appreciate their courtesy and professionalism and we highly recommend them.

Brannan's price was lower than the competitor. He installed 50 year shingles while the competitor offered 30 year shingles. They waited until the weather was good enough. The crew started early in the morning. They removed two layers of shingles. The tenant was surprised that the removal, install and clean-up was complete in one day. They used their own elevated truck dumpster. It was gone when they were done. The competitor said I needed to replace the furnace chimney. Brannan said it looked good. He cleaned it and spray painted it. I had four roof vents. Brannan had to remove them. They were destroyed in the process. He sent someone to the local home center to buy four more. He said I didn't have to pay for them, but I did ($10 each). They were a little more upscale from the originals. I am happy with the price, speed, shingle quality and workmanship. Gary and his wife, Beth were easy to work with. They gave me more than the agreed upon contract. Obviously, I am recommending Brannan's Window and Siding.

They roof has 30 year warranty and they did the repair work for free. When they put on the roof, it took them about two and half days to complete the roof. They were very efficient and friendly. Their prices were competitive for the area. They gave me options. I was very impressed with the professionalism and everyone working on the roof were exceptional. They are a top notch company.

Finding that our roof was in need of repair and shingle replacement, we contacted Brannan's Window and Siding. Mr. Brannan's quick response to our request for an appointment was great. Because we had noticed a small area inside of our home that showed/indicated that the roof was leaking, we were hoping to either have repairs made or the replacement done before the winter season arrived. Mr. Brannan, aware of our concerns, worked with us to get this done in just a short period of time after our appointment and the project itself, which included removing two layers of shingles, replacing plywood where needed, etc., was completed in only 2 days!! A big thank you to Gary Brannan and your staff for your quick response, attention to detail, and a great new roof!!

In order to find the best replacement windows for our project we secured five bids including the bigger name companies in the area. After reviewing the information as to the quality of the products and speaking with all representatives the obvious choice was Brannan's Window and Siding, Inc. located in Canton. WE WERE CORRECT! On July 15th all windows were replaced in the home and they are beautiful. The workmanship and care to detail was met and went above our expectations. No job debris was left behind and they were respectful to the home. The staff is professional and courteous. Mr. Brannan himself was on the job and it is obvious that he takes pride in his work. Remodeling can be a stressful experience. It was so great to work with someone who made this process so easy. This company is HIGHLY recommended for your project needs!
