Excellent service. Scheduled repair well in advance. Prompt, quick, and on time every day. Very smooth transaction from start to finish. Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely hire again and recommend to family or friends. Gary was great! He even came out and marked our roof, windows, and downspouts before the insurance adjuster showed up and was willing to meet with claims adjuster to take care of all paperwork.

We were amazed at how fast, efficient, courteous, and professional the roofing group of workers were. They had the old tin roof off of our house in 1 day and the complete job was done by the 2nd day. The siding group of workers were fast efficient, courteous, and professional also. It was amazing to see the transitions of the house as they completed each step of the process of putting siding on our house. The completed project left us overjoyed and happy. The group that put the gutters and gutter guards on our house were done within 1 afternoon. They were fantastic! Very professional and courteous. All in all I would definitely reccomend Brannons to friends, family, and anyone looking for roofing, siding, windows, and more. They were fantastic to work with.

wonderful. When other contractors told us the color we wanted was unavailable, and not made anymore, Brannon said yes it is! I would recommend them FAR above anyone else. Also, the bid was lower than the other 2 with THEIR choice of color!!

Gary Brannan and his team were wonderful to work with! They were very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. They always left the work-site picked-up and neat looking. Gary listened to all of our wants/needs/ideas and even went above-and-beyond by putting up our shutters, even though they were not purchased through Brannan's company. We are 110% pleased with our updates and will recommend Brannan to everyone needing repairs done to their house.

Couldn't be happier with Brannan's work. Utmost quality products & staff. Came when they said they would & completed project. No jumping from job to job or leaving unfinished work. Will use again when necessary for another project & have/will continue to tell everyone about their quality work. From estimate to clean-up a job well done. Didn't have to come back again & again to repair their work. Great company!

We were very happy. Our big picture window came damaged and, while it delayed getting it put in by a couple of weeks, they were very responsive about it. Upon their first visit, incorrect trim was put up, but they were good about replacing it quickly. We feel the quality of the work was top-notch. While we've never had windows replaced before, and don't really have prices to compare to, we feel like we got good value for our money.

It went great! They had all ten windows installed well before their predicted completion time so I was beyond happy with how fast they were. They cleaned everything up and the new windows look great!

It was done very well. The workers were very professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. They bent over backwards to get the job done before the end of the year and worked through some very cold weather.

We had some very cold weather and they called to update me and told me the first warmer day they would be out and they were. The whole team was very pleasant. After our windows were installed and they cleaned up after themselves, we had a smudge on a window and they even came out and washed the outside of the window as it couldn't be opened for cleaning! They hauled away our old windows as well. We are planning on now replacing a few more windows and have a roofing issue and we plan to call them back out this spring/summer. A+++

They worked in very cold weather and did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional and made suggestions along the way. I needed the job done quickly and they accommodated me. I couldn't have asked for a better crew and I would hire them again in a minute.

I thought it was fine but when replacing the ceiling we discovered a section of plywood that was rotten & should have been replaced. I contacted the company & was initially told that if the section wasn't replaced, I wasn't charged for it. The lady was very defensive & not responsive to my concerns. I did get a call back from the owner who agreed to come look at it in a couple of days but he didn't show up. He texted me a week or so later that he was coming out that afternoon but I had another appointment & couldn't be available so I responded with another day. He agreed but again failed to show up & I haven't heard from them since. I would not recommend them.

Excellent-the product and the workmanship were great. Did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. Good people, good company!

They showed up on time, were done in one day, doing 9 windows and new trim with a 2 man crew. Window trim looks great. Windows work great. My widows were custom ordered and fit fine.They come from the outside as my inside trim was original and had several coats of paint. My old windows were original and still had weights. This is a family owned and operated company that I would recommend to anyone. I normally do work myself, but I'm glad I had them do the work!!!
