Description of Work: Can't remember the exact date, but it was in December. He lived too far from us and I had corresponded with him that I would need some of the supplies to do the work and he did not get any. He did do the 2 jobs that I had the supplies for. He also had another appointment to make after ours. From now on.........I'm am going to check the geographical location of the person/persons supplying the service/services.

Description of Work: Accurage repaired drywall and some popped nails. Small print only indicated that materials were not covered. I didn't realize that I needed to purchase and have these materials on hand. Not knowing anything about drywall or repair of popped nails, I wouldn't even have known what to get. I think it would have saved time if Accurage, once they knew what I wanted done, had told me what materials to have on hand. I went out that day and picked up the materials. The work was done well. The original Angie's List cost was $59 for 2 hrs of handyman service, but I offered an additional $40 when I found out they don't service my area. I think this is the kind of information that should have been provided before I signed on for this particular deal. I could have waited to go to another contractor, but it was my choice to get the work done prior to the Holidays so I really can't complain about the $40. Accurage didn't ask for this amount; I offered it and they accepted.
