Description of Work: I hired them to clean our air ducts. | |It went excellent. Sears was early due to a canceled appointment before ours. The techs were great. They offered an APCO purifier and installed it. Our house is over 50 years old and the vents had never been professionally cleaned. I use Sears to carpet clean a rental unit and they gave me a peace of mind they would do a decent job on the ducts on my own home and they did. | |I wish they offered a roto brush to clean the vents, a before and after camera view of the work done on the main supply/returns. Also beware the truck that contains the equipment is very noisy but powerful and it will wake up your neighbors.

I HAD TO POINT OUT DIRT THAT WAS STILL LEFT AROUND THE BASEBOARDS AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE ROOM AND THE TRAFFIC MARKS FROM THE DOORWAY WERE STILL THERE. AFTER THE INITIAL CLEANING AND AFTER THEY WERE DONE AND ALREADY LEAVING I NOTICED THE TRAFFIC MARKS AND SOME STAINING STILL ON THE CARPET. I HAD THEM COME BACK IN AND RE-CLEAN THOSE STAINS THAT REMAINED.
