Description of Work: They cleaned 13 house vents plus my dryer vent & my roof mounted dryer vent. They also installed an air purifier. Eddie put a filter in my heater for me. They were very helpful and informative. Great Job.

Description of Work: I have had Sears come out a number of times for carpet cleaning. They are pleasant, prompt and do a good job. The price is good but the additional services can add alot more to the bill.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sanitized my carpets in the Living Room, three bedrooms, hallway, 14 stairs, and landing.The romms looked like brand new carpeting and my carpeting , aslo from Sears is 28 years old. The rooms smelled fresh and clean. They were very professional, polite, and punctual. They explained exactly what they were going to do. they moved all the necessary furniture and returned it to its proper place with protectors under the legs of the tables and couches. They gave cleaning tips on pet accidents. they brought a water truck since my water spout was in the back of the house. I recommended them to others who also were very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Sears installed a laminate floor and will not honor their warranty. It has been a nightmare dealing with sears which is why I went with sears for a company I could trust . Do not use them unless you want to be ignored and treated badly. I was handed a one time disclaimer to sign after being told I was dropping objects over the floor , which is not true. I have not signed this nor had the repairs done. I need to find out why it chips before more appear. Again be careful you will pay more and get an inferior product and job. I now am contacting Mohawk for a resolution but they are pointing back to sears . No answers or satisfaction.
