Great service and cost was much less than I had expected. Also pointed out some things that I could do on my own.

I sent detailed email requesting quotes to four companies found on Angies List. Lakeside provided the promptest and most detailed response. They even suggested that for $20 more I could get a more powerful toilet of the same model than the one I had specified. Heather was VERY helpful in answering my many questions. The techs called a couple of hours before scheduled service window and asked if they could come early. They were here promptly and offered cheerful, meticulous service. I am hugely impressed. I hope I do not need plumbing service anytime soon, but if I do I think I know where to turn. BTW: Price below includes a high-end toilet and labor.

Guys were very professional and had good sense of humor working with each other.. the job was done in less than the quoted time and the price was updated accordingly. Once the work was completed, the guys cleaned up the area...

They did a very good job. My sink was clogged way down deep and they snaked it out. They did a good job. They were clean. They were on time.

Experience counts. Lakeside quickly designed a remediation plan that did not break the budget. The workers are meticulous (no pvc primer of glue dripping), professional and friendly. .The office staff was highly responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I really don’t have any basis on comparison of price, it seemed fair. I would say good, I kind of expected it to be more. I was happy. As far as quality, thinks like this either it’s fixed or it’s not. Three people came out to do the work. It took a couple days to do the work. They left the area very clean. I don’t really have any suggestions of what they need to work on.

It was good. They had to come twice. They were expensive. They were very friendly and they explained everything, but the first thing that they did was break a pipe when they tried to fix it, so then they had to come back and I had to be charged for that. They said the fixture was just so old that it just broke off.

The service call went very smoothly. At the request of Lakeside, I sent photos of the old water filters so they could bring new ones. They also had new mounting brackets for the replacements. For my replacement value, it required shutting water off to a whole "tier" of condos in our building. The plumber needed to know what he was doing in a high-rise, and he did. My $25 Angie's list coupon was honored. The plumber (Nick) was very nice and willing to share helpful advice. Plumbers are not cheap, but I will definitely use Lakeside again if I have a need.

I have used them many times before . They are very experienced, work is always done properly , thorough, never had any troubles with the work done.

Showed up to solve a problem we were having with our hot water smelling like sulfur. They offered a very pricey fix and a quick fix. Because we are remodeling our home soon, we chose the quick fix as that would suffice for the time being. They were supposed to remove the annoid rod from our hot water tank. It turns out they only removed part of it, didn't tell us they messed up, charged us over $150 for this "service" and have been dodging our calls since. Beware!

I had a leaky toilet which of and by itself was not a huge issue except for the wasted water going down the drain - wasted money and natural resources. Called at a little after 6:00 this morning and told the person answering the phone what the issue was. He treated my problem as though it was a big job. He quoted the price, told me what to expect, that someone would call me a little after 7:00 and they would be here around 7:30, and they did and were! John and Tom were personable, professional and careful to not make a mess. They explained what needed to be done and the cost of the materials. I agreed. They efficiently fixed the problem, explaining the process and were done in about 20 minutes. I cannot praise them highly enough and if I require plumbing services again I will definitely call them, and, will recommend them to others who might need service. The only thing they did not offer to do was pay my water bill from the drip!!!!

Great! Looking for integrity as well as a good job, well you have found it with Lakeside Plumbing. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I bid out the job over the phone with Heather (LSP) and they did it for less than quoted. Their tech John was the lead man on the job and completed the work in a timely manner. He was not only personable but patient answering all my questions.

NOT RECOMMENDED: It takes a certain amount of chutzpah to charge $155 per hour after nearly setting the house on the fire, but that is precisely what happened last Wednesday, December 28, when two plumbers from Lakeside made repairs at my house. Let me be clear that I am only posting this review of their service after I received no follow-up communication from Lakeside after this incident. I phoned the service and reported the incident and received no follow-up...no apology from the owner or supervisor...nothing. I also reported the incident via their website's message form and received no follow-up. If they had only responded to either inquiry, I would probably not be posting this review. The two plumbers came out to replace washer valves in the utility closet, and by closet I mean closet, maybe 18 square feet of space. This very confined closet included a 27" x 27" space where the washer would go, a space bounded on one side by the dryer and on the other by a wall. There was also a long shelf just above the washer valves, which meant the plumbers had to stoop to repair the valves. Despite this confined space, they brought in a very large fuel tank that stood about three feet high, instead of using a hand-held torch that would have been more appropriate for the space. Consequently, they mistakenly lit the hose of the tank on fire. I was upstairs and saw flames and heard frantic screams to turn to the tank off. Fortunately, no one was hurt and there was no house-flattening explosion, but it filled up the lower level and ground level of my house with smoke. In particular, the bedroom adjacent to the utility closet was completely filled with acrid smoke. I could have told them to leave, but I really needed them to complete the work because I had a new washer being delivered the following morning. After they nearly blew up the house, they were predictably very solicitous, and completed the job in about an hour. It was not a very complicated job and it was not a very difficult job. The valves work and I am not seeing any leaks. Therefore, my issue is not with the actual work outcome, but I do fault their judgment and their lack of follow-up and complete indifference to my situation. In addition, for whatever reason, the plumbers did not report this incident either. I will not be using Lakeside again because they are not worth the risk or the $155 per hour.

John did a great job on the work. We got a call when he was 15 minutes away for both the initial look & the repair. Overall, I'm really happy with the work they did.

Very well. John was on time, called to let us know when he would be arriving, was professional and polite, liked our dog, and fixed the problem in less than an hour.

Lakeside's representative answered the phone quickly and I was able to discuss with her what I needed. She suggested I email photos of the old water heaters so they could replace them with new water heaters of the same size and specifications. The plumbers came the next day to install the new water heaters. They were friendly and professional and did the job quickly. I'm glad to have hot water again.

Was on site within 3 hours of my call. No additional fees for "emergency" service. Mike arrived on time, was very professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I was charged the price quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeside and Mike to my friends and family.

The experience with Lakeside was very pleasant from the get-go. Scheduled an appointment to open a clogged drain that had been clogged for about a month. I had tried all sorts of methods to unclog it, but nothing would work, short of dynamite or something similar. The day of, the technicians were able to come earlier, but unfortunately, my phone was acting up and I didn't receive the voicemail until a few days later. When the technicans arrived, they explained what they were going to try to attempt and lo and behold, clogged drain opened up within the first 10 minutes. They then rodded out as far as they could go, just in case, and then cleaned up. The technicians were very friendly and offered good advice on some of the ancient plumbing in the house. It wasn't any sort of scare tactic, like some other companies have offered- just plain, good advice. These guys are top-notch and I would highly recommend them!

Everything went very smoothly. Showed up on time and began work right away. Very professional.

He arrived on time. Went to work right off. Replace the wax ring, which was no longer there after many years, with two new wax rings. Cleaned up and picked up everything. Very professional. We have used Lakeside before and will again.

Very good. They let me purchase the items from Amazon and provided suggested models. Quoted a price and stayed with it. Patiently answered many of my question over several conversations over several month.
