Had a very loose single faucet system on our kitchen sink. Couldn't reach back far enough to see what the problem was. Nick scooted on his back under some pipes and was able to tighten the faucet base. He indicated that we might have to replace the faucet sometime down the road and gave me a couple ideas where and what to purchase. They had a cancellation in the am and were able to schedule us within two hours.

After finding out that Permaseal no longer did sump work on weekends, I searched and found Lakeside plumbing. They squeezed me in on a Saturday. Replaced the failed sump. Reused equipment (backup sump, control box, battery) and did it all in an hour. Very courteous and left no messes.

Did the rodding with camera and found some bulk roots in the sewer drain. Got rid of all the roots and provided us with a before and after video of what the sewer line looked like. They also replaced a faucet cylinder in our main bathroom that was leaking on the fall.

Heather, in the office, was able to rearrange schedules today so that the guys showed up within three hours of making the initial phone call. She really went to bat for us. Water heater is now working again with just a couple of adjustments. Was told that the furnace tech. turned the gas off yesterday that extinguished the pilot light on the water heater. Great job guys.

Ejector pump wouldn't pump water. Called Lakeside and they came out in half an hour. They fixed the problem (clogged weep hole) for FREE! They installed the pump a little over 6 months ago. So I'm surprised they cleared the clog for free. Appreciate their outstanding service and will definitely hire again!

price was good ,service was good and efficient. They work around everything went well. They did a great job. It wasn't easy to replace but they make it work.

What a fantastic experience with Lakeside! I had a water heater installed by another company and it went bad in 4 years. I called that company and they wanted to charge me almost the same price that I paid back in 2016. The cost didn't make sense to me because the unit itself was still under warranty. I called Lakeside and saved nearly $400! They honored the warranty, were extremely quick, and explained everything clearly. Trust is so important in business and Lakeside has earned mine. Highly recommend!

Great. Per usual, workmen were on-time, polite, clean, worked efficiently, fixed the problem, and left behind a very reasonable bill. Receptionist who takes calls and schedules is also polite and knowledgeable.

Per usual, I made the appointment with Heather, the person who answers the phone, who is knowledgeable and pleasant. Then, today Lakeside showed up on time, with a very pleasant and knowledgeable plumber, Nick, who worked promptly, cleaned up after himself, and left me with a very reasonable bill.

Greg from Lakeside was terrific. Replaced a valve in my basement and reworked the piping for my sump pump. Price was fair and work was completed quickly. Would definitely use their services again.

Went very well. Workers knew what to do, and did it efficiently. Haven't had any problem with it. I would definitely consider this company again when there is more worker to do.

Nick from Lakeside Plumbing did a great job. I called in the morning and they had someone that could come out that day. Nick, the plumber, called. He said he was done early with his other job and he could come sooner. Fixed toilet and checked sink in just about an hour's time. Would definitely hire them again.

Brian came out, identified the problem and said that he would have to cut a hole in the ceiling below. He asked if I wanted to proceed. He efficiently cut the hole, cut out the faulty parts and installed new components. He then thoroughly tested the repair to insure that there were no leaks. Excellent work.

Very professional, fixed the problem. Had difficulty with drain, but would not give up until it was completely open. Would ask for their service, when needed with out hesitation. My wife was very happy with the people that came to our home.

I had an emergency last week when my hot water heater broke down and Lakeside came out the next day with a replacement. The original tech scheduled to do the work called in sick and they still had someone come out later in the day and complete the install. I appreciated their diligence in getting our hot water back online (especially b/c we were going out of town the next day). The technicians were courteous, explained all their work, and cleaned up the work area nicely. I will definitely recommend Lakeside to any of my friends who need plumbing services in the future. Excellent service !! Chris handled my job and he was great! Knowledgeable, professional. Would definitely recommend. Found my kitchen under sink area flooded with water one morning. Was anxious to find someone as this was few days before a holiday. Checked Angie’s and Lakeside had great reviews. Heather handled my call - she was polite and professional as she told me she’d have to check with the technicians to see what they could do. She got back to me within minutes. Chris was able to fit me in. When he finished replacing the disposal he was also able to quickly tighten a loose bathroom fixture handle that a prior service few years ago didn’t want to bother with. Thanks for such great service!

Chris answered the phone when I called, cane the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He even took a look at a toilet that had a problem to help me decide whether to replace it. Will definitely hire again!!!!

Called to set up an appointment which was done for a Saturday a few days away. The two guys and long-time employee, Nick, arrived right on time. Told them the story of what ABC wanted to do with digging up our crawlspace and yard and the huge expense they wanted us to incur. Nick took a video of our entire sewer system before starting to do the rooting and said that he found the clump of roots that was still there. Other than that, everything else looked good. He gave us a video of the sewer system and then began rooting it out The entire job took a little over an hour and he said the system was in pretty good shape. He recommended that we have this done every year or couple of years. We've used Lakeside since 2012 and they've always done an outstanding job.
