Description of Work: I had a slow drop off a water line that led to an outside faucet. I used Angie's list to find them and send a note requesting service. Received a quick reply and set up a visit. They called before the appointment to let me know arrival time and arrived on time. They installed shut off valves on two lines so I can shut off in winter. I also had them replace a sump pump that had an intermittent problem. All work was done to my satisfaction and the two man team was highly professional. Will use them again for sure.

Description of Work: We used Lakeside for two separate issues and found them to be great. They are very responsive and honest. For my first issue, I called over the weekend and the on-call plumber talked me through my issue and helped me decide that it was better to wait until normal business hours to not incur unnecessary fees. The office called promptly Monday morning to schedule. The second time we used them was for an emergency burst pipe. They had someone out to us fairly quickly and both times the plumbers were knowledgeable, professional and worked efficiently.

Description of Work: They are not the cheapest, but they were clean and effective. Shower was leaking, discovered previous plumbing job was a Rube Goldberg disaster. Discussed options. Decided to do it right, which was two full days of two plumbers. Would definitely call again.

Description of Work: We have a Kohler electronic shower system in our master bath which was not working properly due to some electronic component failure. Lakeside properly diagnosed the problem and handled the ordering of the replacement parts directly from Kohler. They were very professional and courteous, and clearly have high expectations of their work product. Did a great job and loved our 2 dogs, too. Would highly recommend them.
