Description of Work: I had some pipes that needed to be rerouted and reconnected. The plumber was on time and the estimate of time needed to complete the work was on target. The work was completed and the area was cleaned up after the job. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: I called Lakeside Plumbing because I had a slow drain and my garbage disposal was not working. Aaron explained the problem and installed a new disposal in a timely fashion. He ever tightened and corrected the portion of the loose faucet.

They responded the same day and Nick came out (both times), and he was very good at advising us of what the current condition of our pump was and his opinions on replacing it. He installed a more solid pump. He was very good at giving advice and cleaning up after himself. We have no complaints with their service.
Description of Work: The first time they redid a water line to the refrigerator; the second time they did a new ejector pump in our basement.

+ 0 moreThey cam on time, were friendly and explained what they were doing and why. They gave us good tips to prevent the same issues from reoccurring. They did the work efficiently. It was a very good experience.
Description of Work: We have used Lakeside Plumbing several times since finding them on Angie's List. They are very responsive and can come out the same day. We have found their prices much more reasonable than other plumbers we have had out. Lakeside has opened clogged sinks and toilets for us and has rodded out the sewer line from the house toward the street. We have not only made them our plumbers of choice, but my mother was also happy with their responsiveness and professionalism.

Description of Work: Groaning in master shower volume was fixed -- found some rubber in the pipe, possibly from shower head. 1 toilet flapper was replaced (needed 3 but only 1 on truck.

+ 1 moreWe were having trouble with our sewer. Lakeside came out and cleaned out the system. That fixed the problem and they suggested that they throw a camera down the cleanout to make sure there were no serious problems. They were upfront with the additional expense and found a problem that could be fixed but did not need to be fixed right now. They suggested that we see if we have any additional problems, they gave us suggestions on how to avoid problems and they gave us a rough estimate of how much it would cost if issues persist. The service people were timely, friendly and very helpful. We will use them again. u
Description of Work: Lakeside came out and cleared our sewer line right before our Christmas guests were supposed to come in town. They also checked the system for serious problems and offered suggestions for keeping the system clear.

He said make a list of what needs to be looked at and he went through the list one issue at a time and he figured out all of the issues. Turned out that we had a crossed line. Nick ingeniously figured it out! He figured out where it was and he went into the wall and crossed the lines back. He troubleshot all of my other issues! I am so thankful to have the plumbing working again!
Description of Work: We bought a house that had a bunch of plumbing issues. There was no hot water in the shower, there was intermittent hot water elsewhere, There was loose faucets and stinky sewer smells.

+ 0 moreMy lines are still backed up. i do not feel confident that they would fix the issue on the third visit. I think they should honor the work they did the first two times and make it right.
Description of Work: I had the outside sewer line rodded, twice. The first visit was on the 12th of October. Our whole house was backed up. They came out, rodded the line, and everything worked. Then in less than 2 weeks, the lines were backed up again. We called to have them come out and honor their work. They said they it wasn't their fault, and we would have to pay for the rodding again. They suggested we get a camera down the line to see if the line was broke. We would have to pay for the rodding again, and then the camera. They did give us a break on the camera service. But still we were up to $600 spent. The lines seemed clear when they left, but we ran the washing machine, and it backed up into our kitchen. If we were to call them back, it would be another $150 to rod the inner lines. When I had questioned the price the second visit, i was told they did us a favor, and we got a deal the first visit. I used an Angie's list coupon for the first visit. That was a deal offered to any new customer. The service people were nice, and they were on time, but the issue was not completely fixed.

+ -1 moreI was advised to have the traps replaced a while ago. They weren't leaking yet, but in a 40 year old house, it was time. I thought I'd splurge and get a taller-seated toilet, too. Based on the rave reviews, I was quite sure I wouldn't be disappointed with Lakeside Plumbing. And I wasn't. Aaron was on time, he did the work competently, cleaned up as he went along, and was very cheerful. The price was competitive with others I have had. I would certainly hire Lakeside again.
Description of Work: I had a new toilet installed, 5 traps replaced and the garbage disposal reactivited.

+ -1 more.We had a mystery leak from ceiling on first floor, likely from the master bath. It's happened before and that time it was due to faulty caulking. Unfortunately, while he tried and tried to diagnose or even duplicate the problem, it stubbornly refused to reoccur. He gave us the option of opening up the ceiling below or waiting and seeing if it happened again. We chose the wait and see option. But the guy was friendly, courteous, professional and didn't mind the dogs nipping at his heels. I'd use them again (and probably will have to).

+ -1 moreWater heater started leaking on Saturday. Called Lakeside and they said if it wasn't an emergency someone would call me at 7 AM Monday morning. That's exactly the time they called. They discussed the type of heater, cost and extended warranty set up the appointment for later in the morning. They put a ETA from 9:30 - 11:30 AM and actually arrived at 10:00. They put tarpolins down the family room stairs and into the laundry room where the water heater is located. I also asked them about sewer cleaning and they also provide this service. They took a look at it and gave me an estimate.
Description of Work: Installed new water heater to replace one that was about 12 years old.
