Tom is a consumate professional. Wicked smart about the technical elements of plumbing an d water systems. Evaluated what I wanted to do, inspected my systems, made a few suggestions that were simple work arounds for my issues and left. NO CHARGE for the advice. Only guy I'll use in teh future

Aaron was prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job. His price was far more reasonable than another contractor quoted. He worked by the hour, and worked so quickly and hard that it was clear he was not interested in taking his time to punch up the bill. He also gave me some plumbing advice. I'd definitely use Lakeside Plumbing again.

Nick did a great job. He replaced the pipe that was leaking, and while he was here, tightened two bathroom faucets and looked at my washing machine hot water valve. All this was accomplished within one hour. He arrived within 30 minutes of our call. Additionally they offer a $25 Angies List discount.

On time and within estimate. Plumbers are knowledgable and work efficiently.

Lakeside Plumbing was fantastic. When I set up the appointment the fees were fully explained over the phone, and then I received a two hour window when the plumber would be out. Aaron called while he was on his way and throughout the service was extremely polite and informative. Our kitchen sink was leaking, turns out it was a problem with the installation of the sink under the granite, versus a pipe problem. Therefore he couldn't help, but explained the problem, showed me where the leak was, and gave me advice for how to address the issue. I also had a couple other minor leaks that he looked at in the bathroom. He switched out a pipe in my powder room and was very clean and tidy about it. He also made a minor adjustment in another bathroom. What I appreciated most about Aaron was that he explained the problems to me in detail so I knew what was causing the leak and how the work he was doing would fix the leak. I was very impressed with Lakeside plumbing.

It was great. Nick was on the early side of the appointment window and called ahead to let us know. He put on booties to enter the house. He kindly went to the attic to check something that the general inspector wanted confirmed by a plumbing expert. He explained the whole video process to us.

Aaron was super. Listened very carefully to my wife's description of the problem. Checked out path to sewer line after reviewing the sink area. Explained different scenarios, given the age of the house and the type of pipes. Had had another plumber look at problem last year and was not really any better after he left. Was most careful of the cabinet and other powder room fixtures. Power rodded the drain. Checked to be sure that water ran freely for many minutes. Was most helpful in using the remainder of the hour discussing with us options for a bathroom remodeling that we plan on doing. Put everything away, cleaned up and left. Was most pleasant and knowledgeable. Oh, called on Thursday afternoon. Service was provided Friday about noon. Aaron called when on way as promised by Lakeside Plumbing receptionist. After having had several bad experiences with plumbers over the last twenty years, was great to have a great one. First time customer gets $25 off with Angie's List. Hence the $125 final bill for a minimum of 1 hour at $135/hour .

When I called, I was told the fee schedule and given a two hour window for the appointment. He arrived in that time frame and did the work as needed. He was very efficient and extremely nice. We felt the cost was very fair.

The plumber Nic was very professional and fixed our leaking shower valve. The valve started to leak after the handle snapped off one day which forced us to shut off the water. The previous owner had left a very small hole in the tile and to properly access the valve he was afraid he might have to open up the wall which would have cost more time and money. Fortunately he was able to fix it w/ opening up the wall which I much appreciated. He also answered a couple of non-related questions about some other minor issues we were having. He did a great job and I would happily hire them again in the future!

I found some small rusty water stains on carpet of a bedroom and closet that are adjacent to a bathroom. Aaron from Lakeside Plumbing arrived the next morning, right on time, and looked at the problem. I was worried about a leaky pipe, but he advised me that it was probably water getting behind some old tile around the tub. To make sure, he cut a small hole in the closet wall behind the tub, where he could see that the pipe was not leaking. Aaron was very professional, explained everything to me, cut a very neat square of drywall that will be easy to repair, and cleaned up every bit of drywall dust with a shopvac. He was friendly and answered all of my questions about how to fix the problem with the tiles. I am very satisfied with this company and will definately call them in the future.

Was able to provide very accurate quote and answer questions over the phone. Appointment was scheduled quickly. Tech Daron arrive within 30 minutes of 3 hour window. Wore protective cover on shoes. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Completed work in an hour and explained everything that was done. Very nice experience and well run service and company.

They did a wonderful job. Not only did they provide me with a quality water heater, but they also straightened out some convoluted gas piping as well. I'm very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to others.

Mike came out and trouble shot first, checking with my sprinkler guy, decided a blockage in the pipe and as the valve was old and rusty replaced it too!! Efficient and neatly he got them working great, he also replaced a valve outside connected to sprinkler system. I have never had anything but a good experience using Lakeside Plumbing. Only Plumbing company I will call.

The main reason for the call was to fix the issue as to why no hot water was coming out of the 2nd floor bathroom shower. Nick came out and was able to fix the hot water issue without tearing out the tile in the shower. Further, he was professional, clear in his explanation, and cleaned up after all repairs. I was very happy with their work and would use them again.

We had to go out while plumber was at our house to get a new faucet rather than just replace the broken internal mechanism. By the time he left, main problem solved and we made another appointment to get replace a sink pipe that extended all the way down to our crawl space and replace the faulty shut-off valves. This time a field plumber came - right on time and he also was friendly, honest and excellent. We feel that we can really trust these guys and get a fair deal and good work. They are our new "go to" plumbing firm.

When I called Lakeside and talked with Heather she was extremely helpful and nice. She made the process very easy. My new RPZ was ordered and the installation was scheduled for two days later. Nick installed my RPZ and answered some plumbing questions for me since we had recently moved into a new house. He was very helpful and explained things well. I appreciated the extra couple minutes to help me understand everything. Later in the day my new system was tested and the paperwork was sent to the town I live in. It was all so easy and seamless. I love working with family owned businesses that are professional and make things easier on the home owner.

Their price was reasonable. They were on time, and they explained to me why they needed to do what they did. They explained to me about the valves' prevention and maintenance. They were very professional.

Making an appointment was easy. Plumber called when he was on his way to my house and I met him there; didn't have to waste time waiting at home - worked out great. Plumber was very thorough, efficient and neat. Quality was equal to or exceeds other local plumbers who would have charged twice what Lakeside charged. I'm an architect; been around plumbers/plumbing contractors for 35 year - these guys are good! They're now my go-to guys.

Aaron explained what he thought the issue was and upon investigation, was correct - i had a corroded drain in my 2nd bathroom causing a leak to fall through my bathroom drain into the ceiling of my kitchen. 4. Aaron promptly replaced the corroded pieces and verified through my first floor ceiling that the leak had stopped. 5. I was very happy with everything and can't think of anything negative to improve upon. 6. I highly recommend using Lakeside Plumbing and they would be #1 on my list to call for future issues.

I was out of town when my basement had some flooding. When I came home, there was limited but definite water damage in the basement and the water heater pilot light was out. I was worried other damage had been done to the water heater, so I called Lakeside. Someone took my call immediately and made an appointment. Their plumber (Aaron) was punctual, professional, kind and very knowledgeable, and did not try and "up-sell" me when all I really needed was an inspection. I would definitely call Lakeside again.

These guys are the best in the business.......Nick was Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's organized, skilled, and takes care not to damage any area of your home. He arrived within 5 minutes of his appointment time. Their prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. .
