After our ejector pit pump failed late at night, Lakeside found us someone to come out right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem, resolved it, and cleaned it up. A relatively pleasant experience, (given the circumstances), and at a reasonable price.

Overall they did a good job. The clean up from the backed up drain could have been better. But It was yuckky water and grease/oil from the broken ejector housing. I paid extra for a plastic valve that he said would make the ejection of stuff more quiet, it actually sounds louder than before

It went very well and they took care of my problem. It could have been an opportunity for them to take advantage of the situation, but they didn't. They were just real good down the line. For the smaller jobs I would not mind trying them again. Their pricing was fair.

I was so impressed! Called and got an appointment the same day, within 4 hours, and this was after I stated that this was NOT a plumbing emergency. We have a leak in upstairs master bath - at times water dribbles from a light fixture, AND have a stain on ceiling drywall. Gave full permission to cut hole in drywall to check out the water systems - and he checked each one, systemtically, eliminated each one, until he got to the caulking, which was pretty miserable. I am reassured that the pipes to the bathroom are sound, and do not need any attention. Now, on to that caulking! He was respectful of the house, did not make a mess (and cutting a hole in the ceiling that has been drywalled is messy), cut and nlarged a very neat hole in my ceiling that was to check out each system for a potential leak, and cleaned up before he left - with a vacuum AND dust cloth. Very reasonably priced.

Second time with Tom and better than the first. Owner takes a personal interest in his customers and explains exactly what is going on. Would recommend to anyone.

Lakeside was terrific! Heather was very friendly and suggested that I send her pictures of the rusted drain in my bathtub so that the plumbers could take a look at the issue and see what parts would be required to fix the problem. She emailed me back within an hour or two with a quote and an appointment scheduled for the next day. Nick was really great and showed up on time. He walked me through the repair and talked about any possible complications. He was very quick and very friendly. Pricing was good and matched estimate. I would definitely use Lakeside again. Great company!

Sylvester was right on time and very professional. He was very helpful in determining the cause of our leak even though it wasn't a plumbing issue. He explained everything clearly and was patient with a couple phone calls to my husband. We will certainly call Lakeside again.

Nick was the name of the plumber, he was professional and had a good attitude. He was hard working and fixed the bath tub drain by installing a new one. The old one was broke and we had temporarily fixed it but it stopped functioning and did not drain when opened. The previous company we had called wanted to rip out my wall and gave me a quote on a major repair job which I thought was outrageous. Nick was able to install new part and do it in an hour and a half, it did not require major repair job. I will use them again for any plumbing work and have already referred them to friends.

Called to have sump pump replaced before all melting snow killed 10 year old pump. Punctual and professional. would use again

They responded very quickly when my original plumber cancelled on me, came the next day and were very professional in their dealings with me. They always came on time and were happy to explain what they were doing when I asked. I thought they were a little high on their prices but did a good job.

Aaron called me to let me know he was on his way. He got here promptly and cleaned up after himself. He fixed the shutoff valve and replaced the flapper. He did a nice job of explaining what broke. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Aaron and Lakeside Plumbing.

I had a badly leaking faucet, just before going on vacation. My normal plumber wasn't available, but Lakeside was. Aaron came over quickly and fixed the faucet, plus gave me good advice on other plumbing questions. He was professional and prompt. I'd recommend him again. |Also, the price was made clear when I set up the appointment: they charge for a minimum of an hour. I believe the cost was $90 for that one hour with the Angie's List discount, which is reasonable.

Perfect. They were the quickest to come out and did the work the same day. They took their shoes off outside without being asked, and the price was great. I will definitely have them come back the next time I need plumbing work done.

I was very impressed by how quickly Lakeside Plumbing responded. After calling them before 7am regarding a burst pipe, they had sent out Nick within an hr to fix the problem. Nick was very knowledgeable, answered questions and gave suggestions on how to improve & possibly move our plumbing if we chose to go that route in order to avoid another catastrophe like this in the future. We definitely would hire Lakeside again. Thank you Nick.

The tub and plumbing are 86 years old and stopped draining. I assumed the drain stopper disconnected from the open/close mechanism. After trying to disassemble the piping, I gave up and called for a service call. The plumber was Nick, who agreed with my guess. Our goal was to remove the mechanism and then the drain stopper. Once Nick cut out the brass pipe, we saw that there was no drain stopper blocking the line, so it was a plain old clog. To snake the line, he had to remove the cap from a drum trap, which was very hard and involved a torch and chisel. Eventually, he cleared the line. Nick took precautions to try to avoid damaging old pipes by using a manual snake and minimizing vibration and pounding. He let me watch, ask questions, and learn while he worked. He called when he was on his way. He was on time, and took steps to keep the area clean and protected. Everything worked out about as well as it could have.

I found this company on Angie's List and phoned on a Sunday for service. All I got was a computer system. No after hours service here.

He was very nice. I was told arrived between 7:30 and 9:30. He arrived at 7:35. He was very friendly and went right to work. He completed the job in about an hour. A very nice guy.

Once again, Nick was great: let us know he was en route; put on booties and used drop cloths at the attic door and on the stairs to minimize any mess; did the work quickly and made sure the roofer was ready to go for flashing.

Perfect. I had to be out the door by 11:45am and told Heather that. She scheduled Nick and another plumber (whose name I missed) for a 7:30-9:30 arrival. Nick called at 8ish to say they were on the way from another job. When they arrived, they put on booties to survey the kitchen sink job. They explained to me some of the complexities of the job due to the shoddy work by a previous contractor. Nick got to work on the sink and the other guy went outside to start rodding. Nick laid out a dropcloth to protect the kitchen floor and was very understanding of our nosy dog and our 3-year-old who wasn't in the best mood. Anyhow, everything was done by 11:30; the price seemed fair to me; the sink looks gorgeous (helps that we bought a nice one); got a health update on the sewer and trap outside; and Nick went over a few things with me for a venting job he'll be doing soon that has to be coordinated with a roofer. All in all, it was great. Highly recommend Lakeside, also because Heather is terrific when corresponding about setting up work and answering questions.

Sump failed so I started calling plumbers off Angie's Lost. Lakeside was very responsive. Told me what it would cost and said that they could be there between 2 and 3:30. Also said that they would call before they came. At 1:35 I got a call from the plumber saying he would be there by 2:00 and he reviewed my options ( did I want a 1/3rd HP or did I want to upgrade to a 1/2 HP motor). At exactly 2:00, the plumber was at the door. Did the job as described. Charged what was quoted and left the space clean when done. Nice job.

Overall, service was excellent! An appointment was made the same day we called for help. Aaron arrived promptly, solved the tough clog in a timely manner, and provided numerous tips on how to avoid future clogs. Aaron was friendly, professional, super knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He also examined our faulty water heater and contacted the main office for cost quotes immediately on his cell phone. After we approved the reasonable cost estimate for a new water heater and installation, he set up an appointment for the following week. We have complete confidence that Aaron and Lakeside Plumbing will resolve our water heater problem.

They arrived promptly at the expected time and finished within the estimated time they had given me. They worked quietly and were very clean. They were courteous and very polite, and explained in detail all that they were doing.

They came on time, and carefully answered question and explained the situation in detail. The fixed what was wrong and worked quickly to get the problems solved. Overall I would recommend them and use them again for any new issues that occur.
