Description of Work: We had them install a kitchen faucet and unclog a toilet. Service was professional and at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: We called because we had water leaking into our basement and bathroom and insurance had sent a restoration team. They discovered a leaking pipe that had frozen and burst as soon as they touched it. Within 2 hours of calling Lakeside, they had arrived and repaired the pipe. Excellent response, service and cleanup. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: My pipes froze (don't you love Chicago winters) and I was worried that they would burst. Lakeside came quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and cleaned up after themselves for less than I thought. They were very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them. I called them after I called another plumber who was trying to take advantage of a bad situation. It is nice to support companies who have integrity and are good at what they do.

Description of Work: Locate and repair a leaking pipe in the basement.

Description of Work: My projected started with a clogged faucet which lead to uncovering the fact that my water softener resin bed had rupture and the resin was in the pipes etc. Lakeside was extremely quick at scoping the softener needs and obtaining the equipment for installation. As we were walking through the proposed installation and equipment, We discussed the age and obsolescence of my water heater. After finding out that I should have been draining and cleaning once a year to clear build up from scale.I decided to replace the hot water heater. Because the model was about 20 years old the code and piping needed reworking to fit the new water heater. Lakeside was wonderful at timing the two jobs in one day. Extremely punctual, professional, pleasant. Cleaned up wonderfully. Were great with my nosy beagle. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Had a running toilet that needed to be repaired. Shawn was responsive in scheduling the visit and accomodated my schedule. Nick performed the work and was very pleasant, thorough, and quick in solving the problem. I appreciate the excellent service.
