Integrity was very efficient in calling. They came out and explained about the windows. I was very impressed. Also, I had gotten quotes from 3 other window companies and Integrity were the most reasonable. They did what they said that they would do and had more of a selection. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Extremely helpful, found windows to be great quality at an excellent price. Came back to check the work and make sure we were satisfied. Installers were very efficient and courteous.

Howard was wonderful. We felt at ease inviting him into our home. He was very knowledgeable and he did not pressure us to choose a more expensive window than we budgeted. We ran into several difficulties in getting the project approved with our condo management/association board, but Howard was very helpful and continually provided the necessary information throughout the approval process. There was a longer delay (about 2 weeks) between when we originally expected the windows to be installed and when the installation actually occurred.

Howard, the owner is very professional and he has excellent customer service. He paid attention to details and he makes sure everything is okay before billing the customer. His installers did their job very well. They finished the job on time and they left the place clean and orderly. We would use integrity again.
