Integrity Windows & Siding

We used Integrity Windows and Siding back in 2012 to replace our siding and half of our windows (one of the windows did break shortly after installation - it was quickly replaced at no cost, no questions asked). Fast forward to 2023, we again sought out Integrity and Howard to install some of the remaining windows. Howard is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, explains options, kept us informed during the process and sells a quality window at a fair price. Mike, who has been with Integrity for 20+ years, was very careful during the installation - clearly he knows what he is doing! The windows look great, work great and keep us warmer. We highly recommend Integrity and Howard for your next project. We couldn't be happier.

I waited quite a while to do a review because with a sliding balcony door, you want to see how it holds up through the seasons and if there are problems, you want to see if those get resolved. First, there were no problems whatsoever over the past year that weâ ve had the new door. It slides beautifully, never sticks, seals well to keep out the cold (or keep in the cold in the case of AC). The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up. We continue to be pleased with the door. At the time it was installed, it was done well. We were told exactly what to expect in terms of the wait for when it would arrive and our expectations were managed well. Everyone was friendly and professional and all has stood up. We never had to call them for any repairs or adjustments. I can now say it has all been five-star.

in 2010 I had windows installed along with a front entrance door with a sidebar. Withgin 2 years the paint chipped on the outside and they had to replace the whole thing. Now, just 4 years later, the paint is chipping again, and in addition to that, the window above the front entrance door is now fading due to broken seal.Not what I expected .....

These guys were great. The only issue I had was with the sticker that was not on the door that lists the specs for the inspector. They told me it was a manufacturer issue, and did their best to resolve that issue quickly. I would hire them again for sure.

Howard was outstanding, his attention to detail was amazing and I would definitely recommend him for windows in Chicago.

We had 6 windows and a patio door replaced. Gus the front man for the company was very clear about what we were getting and did not pressure us for anything more. After the first quote when I found that I could add more windows within my budget, it was as simple as taking the measurements and forwarding them to him. The windows came with in the time frame I was told, and the workmanship was top notch. They covered all the work areas in the inside of the house with tarps, and cleaned up well afterwards. I only found one problem and that was a screen with a hole in it which was promptly replaced within a couple of weeks. No money was exchanged until all the work was done and the screen replaced. I will use them for further work down the road, and highly recommend them.

Let's see,where do I start? We had our windows replaced last year by Integrity Windows and Siding. We like the company so much, we hired them to replace our old aluminum siding with vinyl siding. They took off all of old stuff, insulated and wrapped the house, installed new siding,gutter, facia and soffat. We are over and beyond pleased with the work. Howard, the owner has a perfect name for his business, 'Integrity'. He is honest, not pushy and returns phone calls immediately. We could not have gone with a better company. Highly recommend!!

Howard delivered beyond my expectations. The project was completed in one day they started at 8:00 and kept working until 8:00 at night. Fabulous job.

Beyond satisfied with all aspects of the project. We had two enormous picture windows installed by Howard and his crew. The price was excellent for the quality of the windows provided. Installation went very smoothly. Howard came out to inspect the windows after project was completed. I would recommend Howard to anybody without reservation. He is a kind and honest businessman who will treat you right.

This outfit was extremely good. The installation was fast, and they were very neat, they didn't even step on a flower.

Howard showed up at appointed time and looked over the widows I wanted replaced and told me about his windows and showed some samples of the quality. His prices were very good and he sent his instaler out that week to get accurate measure of the windows to be replaced. I had the new windows installed within 2 weeks in time to get the federal tax credidt. The windows look great and really make a difference in my heat bill.

We met with several siding and window companies but selected Integrity because we were most comfortable with Howard. He listened to what we wanted, helped us with our questions and to select the new vinyl siding and replacement windows for our house. He was professional and competitively priced. This was a huge project for us, replacing our old aluminum siding with vinyl, new housewrap, insulation, soffit, gutters, and of course all new windows too. We replaced the dated picture window with a series of 5 panels with the 2 sides being casements - a nice touch that helps to modernize our older house a bit. We'd hire them again!
