Everything went really well from start to finish on this project. Howard Kenneth is a good, non intimidating salesman. The installation of 16 windows was done in one day! Howard himself came and checked out each window after installation. There was one very slight problem with one window, and a man from the manufacturer came right out and fixed it. The windows are great! The whole experience was easy for me - no anxiety - from start to finish. HIghly recommended.

Howard was great to deal. Answered all our questions. Work was done in an efficient manner, crew cleaned up after the job. Howard came to inspect the windows after the install to make sure windows were without flaws or problems. Would highly recommend Integrity Windows to anyone for their work.

Everything went smoothly. The windows look great and were installed within 3 weeks. We had 4 quotes and Integrity gave us an upgraded window for the price of the others.

Some problems with communication while owner was out of town; project took longer than expected, but work was excellent, as was the product installed.

We had 3 different companies come out for a quote on our new windows -Integrity came back with a much lower price from the start. The other companies called back with a lower price to get the job, but Howard at Integrity had given us such a good deal initially we decided to go with him. We were on a bit of a time crunch and Howard was able to fit us in and get our windows installed in about 2.5 weeks. The windows were installed and work and look great -we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Integrity Windows.

The 2 men who installed the windows did so quietly, seldom even talking, and you could tell they were serious about what they were doing. Howard is a pleasure to work with. He gave us a fair price and our windows look fantastic! When Howard promises something, he comes through. We had a large and very heavy group of three windows and Mike and his crew got them installed even when the temperature was in the 20's. I would not hesitate to recommend Integrity to anyone!

Informative, professional and up-front first meeting (we felt Howard was honest and the work would be of the highest quality, and there was absolutely no hard sell -- we trusted him from the start). We also asked his opinions of what would look good, and he suggested some ideas we hadn't thought of, which turned out wonderfully. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, friendly and hard-working; the windows are amazing. They also had to trim out under a large window in the front of the house and another around a dog door, and it was an excellent job. Howard also verifies the quality/install of every window afterwards, with you.

Great work. Excellent prices. I had my basement windows replaced first to see how well I liked Integrity. They replaced old metal frame windows, the frames of which had been built into the house. It was messy and laborious. But the finish product looked great. So I hired Integrity to install all new replacement awning windows throughout my whole 2nd floor. So happy with the results. And Howard's estimate was a good $2500 less that the competitor. Can't wait for the tax rebate!

Howard Kenneth was extremely professional and personable. He came in with a best price for quality. His crew of workers were knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed in one day. They left the work area clean and clear. Howard returned some days later to look over the work and to make sure we were perfectly satisfied with the job.

Turn around was quick. Project was completed before the due date originally presented. Craftsmanship was very good.
