Integrity Windows was quick to respond to my inquiry and the work was done professionally and to my expectations. Howard took a keen interest in the completing the job on time and at budget. I would recommend Integrity Windows to anyone installing or updating their windows / doors.

Howard was very easy to work with and clearly explained all of our options. Scheduling was not difficult and his laborers, though short on English, did good work. There were a few items that needed to be buttoned up after the crew declared they were "finished" and Howard was quick to address these. Would not hesitate to do more work with the Integrity team.

Working with Howard and his wonderful crew from Integrity Windows was a GREAT experience. Absolutely everything Howard said they would be doing they did. The crew he sent to our home was terrific, polite, neat, on time, etc. They treated our home with such respect! We are 100% ++++ satisfied with Howard's services. Integrity Windows is an excellent service provider for windows. They arrived on time, immediately secured the traffic area to prevent damage to my home and proceeded to remove and replace my windows. The staff was courteous and professional. I was very impressed with the quality of work they did and several of my neighbors let me know how beautiful the windows looked after the completion of the project. Even before the project was completed, a few neighbors asked for integrity information. I recommend them highly.

Had 7 windows installed. Howard described process of installation correctly. Originally was going to have only 6 windows replaced, but added one more at the last minute. No problem Was added for the same price. Installation was quick and quiet and the area was cleaned both inside and out. Good overall experience. What your told you're going to get you do, no surprises -- a rarity these days.

The team arrived on time, and worked through the day to replace all 26 windows in our 2-story home, then cleaned up (inside and out). Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Excellent work at a great price... and no sales pressure! I'd definitely recommend Integrity Windows and Siding to family and friends, or anyone interested in quality work at a fair price. In fact, we'll have you back to do the siding when the time comes! Oh, we love the windows too!! Thanks!

Pros - Project completed slightly ahead of schedule. Crew professional and did decent job of cleanup. Cons - Smaller details not taken care of that was agreed upon. Contractor ended up taking small amount off bill, but would rather know the job was done 100% correct. Also, had some internal damage from the hammering from outside and one missing window frame. Contractor agreed to have it painted - I assumed a professional painter, rather, contractor painted himself. I ended up doing the work myself. In all fairness, my colleague used contractor for his windows and was very happy.

Windows done in a timely fashion. 27 in one day. The cleanup was not the best. Lot's of debris in and around the house. Plan your cleaning day the day after the job is done. Cover your furniture as they try but not the best.

Of the three window contractors I interviewed. I felt more at ease with Integrity. Howard answered all of our questions and assured me that my size requirements could be met in the style of window I wanted. I am more than satisfied. I received 3 quotes $1200.00, $1400.00 & $1800.00. Howards was the middle. We will contact Howard again in the future if we need any other work done.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I first met with Howard in 2006, and got quotes and met with a couple of other companies at the same time. Not only was Howard's price the most reasonable, but he has such a way about him that makes you really feel like he cares....About his company, about the people that work for him, and about the customer. I had to wait almost a year before I could buy my windows, but knew without a doubt that when the time came I would call Howard. The crew that installed was professional, hard-working, and it was fun to watch - as they really are a team. I would recommend Integrity to anyone!

Installers arrived on time - very courteous - very neat (covered everything with drop cloths) - Excellent follow up with owner of the company - I have already referred one family to this business, which resulted in a contract.
