They did fine and did what they were supposed to do.

I purchased a coupon and it was a bit difficult setting up an appointment, which is probably understandable based on conditions of coupon. Exactly what the inspection includes, I could not say. I wound up being the last of their appointments for the day. They inspected the AC unit and said it was in good condition and the technician went on and on about the blower compartment in the furnace and that the insulation was damaged and should be removed. Quoted a price of $349.00 to perform the work. No way am I going to drop that much cash without getting at least 3 estimates/opinions from other HVAC companies. Technician did go into detailed explanation of his assessment, however, I found him to be somewhat arrogant but could just have been his way of attempting to come across as confident and knowledgeable in his field. I'll stick with All-Temp for future inspections and services.

I obtained three other estimates from heating cooling firms found on Angie's List. There was as much as a $4,000 price difference between the highest and lowest estimate I received. Four days later I am having my new system installed from a provider who has been responsive and professional. I wish I had not wasted my time with this provider.

The guys that came were on time and very nice. Got what we paid for, which was pretty much just a shot vac cleaning of the vents. Not very effective but I guess its what you get for $50. I would most likely use them again for a full vent cleaning though.

The first appointment we had had to be cancelled because they kept calling to push it back. They rescheduled it and again called a few times during the day to push the appointment back. When he came here we had some issues with the job and I chose not to do anything further with them. I didn't want take a third day off of work and not have the work done again.

The did a nice job, but it really push for other services.

They came to clean the air ducts as part of a Big Deal. The ducts are clean, but I bought the UV light as an add on. This subsequently cause our AC to break through a power surge. The team that came to repair it said they couldn't, they had to send another person who is a specialist. Through this, scheduling is a complete nightmare. In three visits, Green Air has never held the time that was originally agreed upon. Sometimes they were late, sometimes they had to reschedule the day. I would not use them as they are unreliable; even the dispatcher told me they were short on unreliable technicians.

The provider came in on time (tail end of the time range) and took care of the 20 point aid conditioning tune-up. They did show me areas of concern and what should be done in the very near future in order to keep the air conditioning functioning correctly. They were professional and although tried to see additional services but they were areas pinpointed as concerns in order to keep air conditioning functioning properly. I would definitely use them again if I need to service my air conditioner.

Team was very friendly, worked quickly and very diligently. We've noticed substantial improvements to the amount of dust we get in the apartment now. My only small gripe is that they gave me a window of time that they'd be at the apartment and then about 30 minutes from the end of the time called to say they were running late and then called a second time to say they were on their way. Thankfully, I didn't have plans and they did keep me informed of their time of arrival, but they ultimately arrived about 45 minutes later than the original window they quoted me. Overall, good quality service and good value.

Instead of providing the 20 point AC tune up, I was told I needed a new air conditioner for $2800. I was told the unit was going to 'blow' if I used it. When asked what would happen if it 'blew', I was told my deck would be destroyed. I contacted another Angie's List 'A' rated company, they came out and did a tune up. Told me I did not need a replacement right away, should last the summer (the unit is 16 years old). They and others also told me that when the AC dies, it will not 'blow'. My experience is very similar to the review from 5/31. I feel that I should get my money back as I did not receive the service I paid for. They used the Big Deal as a sales opportunity for people that don't know better.

They were very nice, professional and quick. My schedule forced me to reschedule our appointment multiple times. They were always very responsive and understanding. When we were able to agree on a date, they came out on time, finished the job quickly and did not hassle me or push any unnecessary products or upgrades. Would use them again.

They seemed to know what they were doing but the cost was definitely more than we expected. The scheduling was okay and the air conditioner is certainly blowing better than it did before the service. They did not call when they were on their way and it they came at the end of the window that they gave us.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. I wasn't there but my wife liked them. They actually went above and beyond because they looked at our dryer which was probably out of their realm. They were good. They collected a bag of lint from the dryer. We would recommend them. We didn't spend any additional. They came out within 2 weeks of the purchase. We would definitely use them again.

I had ordered maintenance service for my air compressors. When they came out they said that I needed a replacement. When it came to installing the compressor, they were some timing issues. They showed up late and with the wrong piece, and then had to wait an hour and a half for another technician to come with the correct part. Altogether they were here for 4 and a half hours.

Green Air Care took a look at my air conditioner, determined it is over 20 years old and did not service it. They tried to sell me a new unit for $2600 financed interest free. When I said no, they tried to sell me freon for $300. Then the freon price went to $200. I know the unit is old, that's why I wanted the 20 point tune up. If they didn't/couldn't perform the service, then I should get a refund.

The team of two were on-time, knowledgeable, and professional. They knew what they were doing and were more thorough than previous AC tune up companies. They also looked at my vents to see if they needed cleaning, since I've never done it, and they said they were fine and didn't need to be cleaned.

see above. I'd also add that they were lovely, but it seems like a small crew covering a large area that can't always promise to be in a certain place at a certain time. I was able to be flexible and they were very up-front about the uncertainty, and it worked out fine for us. They gave me a warning call enough in advance that I was able to be at home when they arrived. But this was after changing the day and time a few times. They arrived late - after 7 pm perhaps -- and worked hard for several hours. If you can be flexible, it works out well. If you can't, you may need to choose a larger firm, perhaps more expensive, with the personnel to ensure they'll be at your place on a certain day at a certain time and not change from that.

The service was good. They were on time and did a god job.

They informed me that the humidifier unit they install was not compatible with the system that I have in place in my condo. They even went so far as to call a few of their suppliers to see if they had a unit that would be compatible with my system and they didn't' have any luck with that. They informed me that the whole system may need to be replaced and advised me to requested a refund of the Big Deal purchase from Angie's List. I am actually still having a dialogue with them and they may handle the full replacement for me.

Should have never bought a coupon without Angies List reviews. I purchased an Amazon coupon for $39 for a service of $200 seemed too good to be true...well indeed it was. Scheduling was a challenge as one appointment was canceled at the last minute due to no technicians being in my area. Finally after rescheduling the 3 guys show up and had a bad feeling from the start. They seemed nice enough but I wanted to tell them to forget it. Then after "inspecting" my system, they need to charge me more because I have 2 systems instead on 1 for the voucher...ok, I can buy that, I do have 2 systems so I'm in for an extra $40. They tell me one system is fine because they cannot get into the blower but they want to charge $65 for anti bacterial treatment. The other system that they can get to the blower they tell me needs a special blower cleaning for $189. This is when I put the brakes on - now we are looking at a total of $350 for what was supposed to be a $40 service. No way. They call their office and come back with a special $200 for the extra services. I told them just to finish, which they did, leaving dirt on the floor and furniture out of place behind them. To top it off on their way out they tell me it's okay if I want to tip them. A tip - you have got to be kidding me! I called Amazon to ask how to write a review on there but they don't offer that ability just now, they did however make a report for the company and offered me a refund. I would strongly advise against using this company.
