Description of Work: They came, ceaned and checked my 20 year old aircondtioner and said it looked good to go. It is working well and would have cost more to have my heating guy come and look at it.

Description of Work: They came out to tune up my A/C unit. An opening came up on an earlier day than scheduled and they called me to see if I wanted to move my appointment up, which was good. The techs were very nice and knowledgable. I told them I didn't want to replace anything that was not broken (the unit is older so I knew it could use some things replaced). Nonetheless, I felt a little pressure about replacing certain parts throughout the service call. After they left, I noticed the tech had not put the front panel back on the furnace and a paper towel I gave him was blowing around in the yard. Other than those 2 things, it went very well.

Description of Work: Technically good. Liked the manner of the techs. But...Their equipment was dirty. They did not replace the furniture correctly in two rooms.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sanitized air ducts for HVAC system. Hard to gauge the quality of work since it is not visible to me. Told me I had to pay an additional $189 on top of Angie's list price to have ducts sanitized as a part of the cleaning. Tried to sell me UV cleaner for another $200-300. Hate when people add services at additional cost once they are in your home.

Description of Work: I had told the lady on the phone that I had three units and it wasn't till they got to my house they told me I needed three coupons no I did read it wrong as well so it was my fault but they don't but on large print it was for only one unit.... They they proceeded once they got to my house to give me like 50.00 off which was not much when I knew what I was spending... They also tore off a piece of my wall that cost me money to have my handyman come and fix. I would not use them again

Description of Work: They cleaned all the heating ducts in the house, and did so with thoroughness and care. As for the results, it will be hard to tell? Perhaps in due course we will observe that the air is better, that we sneeze less. But at least we know that years of accumulated dirt has been cleaned out of our ducts. Also, apart from Angie's special, they cleaned the chimney for my woodstove for $149.00

Description of Work: Cleaned vents in our 2 bedroom 1800 sq ft condo. Unfortunately the offer only included the cleaning of one furnace and our unit has 2. In our opinion, the offer was not clear on this point and we assumed unlimited vents covered the entire unit. We ended up paying as much to have vents in 4 rooms cleaned as someone in a large home would have paid for their whole house. We would highly recommend the offer a special discounted rate for condos.
