AAA Arborist Tree Experts

This was a complicated project, which required extreme caution and significant expertise. The tree was in our back yard with no access to large equipment. It also was very close to the electrical wires for both our house and the neighbors, as well as the 6 foot wooden privacy fence and shed. The crew arrived promptly and worked diligently throughout the project, only stopping very briefly for lunch. The team work required to safely accomplish this job was amazing to observe. This crew was thoroughly professional, polite and certainly well versed in controling the dangerous aspects of this type of work. The owner, Michael, was on-site all day, which added to my level of complete satisfaction. I’ve had other companies work on my trees in the past, none even came close to the quality work this company provided. I am not easily impressed but AAA Arborist far exceeded my expectations.

Michael was very professional and a pleasure to work with! I sent out several bids when we first started this project. Not only was he one of the most affordable options, he was also the most knowledgeable. He was patient with me explaining what needed to be done. He walked me through all of the information about the trees and other plants growing in my jungle of a backyard. He and his team made quick work of a large job and I am very happy with the final product. I'll be referring all of my friends and family to him. I can't recommend him enough.

Very very well. Mike is very responsive and does as much as he can to help us when we needed the work done. He is very knowledgeable on trees and knows which ones will do well and which may not as well as treating tree problems. We would definitely use again. His prices are also very reasonable!

Mike personally supervised his crew. They worked hard and did a great job. And cleaned up after the work. Mike took great care to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the work.

Communication with Mike was great. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Crew did an excellent job, and didn't leave so much as a speck of sawdust behind. Price was exactly as quoted.

We were very pleased with AAA Arborist. Michael and his crew of 3 workers took down a dead 30 year old tree and trimmed 3 other trees. Michael answered all of our questions during the process and made some tree care suggestions going forward. Once the tree was cut down, the area was cleaned up very well. We intend to call Michael in the spring to apply a treatment for our crab trees that were trimmed. We would recommend his services to anyone who needs tree care.

AAA Arborist showed up on time with a sizable crew and completed a decent size job In a few hours. Mike was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. The post trimming cleanup was also very good and I would definitely hit them again!

Michael and his crew worked efficiently and updated me along the way so that I understood the process of their work. Michael is trustworthy and clearly wanted to do the job well, leaving me as a pleased customer. Success. Despite his 30-40 years in the tree trimming industry, Michael humbly and sincerely gave me options and explained the pros/cons for each. I would highly recommend using Michael and his team for tree trimming or clearing.

They were great, I would hire them again

Very well. Didn't take them very long and they left the site very clean and performed all the work as we estimated. Mike kept in contact with me throughout the process to get the job done. Very nice person to work with and very knowledgeable on trees. Price was competitive, but they added in the expertise, pruning and fungicide to keep the trees we have left alive. Would definitely use again.

Went well. Michael was very responsive and the crew was friendly and efficient. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away. He offered to cut some of the wood to use as fire wood which agreed to. Would I hire them again, yes. My only disappointment is that he offered to return and treat a spruce tree that needed it, but didn't return.

Mike was great. He was quick to return my call and came out next day to provide a quote. Then, came out to talk to me face to face about the work and cost. It the most smooth process. Outstanding. Mike came out quickly to take a look at our situation (a big, dead tree and a lot of other trees that needed pruning) and gave a fair estimate. He and his crew came right when they said they would, before I knew it the tree was gone and the 15-20 (at least) other trees looked great. They even helped me re-hang a bird feeder from a very high branch. We will be having Mike come back any time we need help with our trees.

Michael came to my house to view the job the same day I called him, which was a Wednesday. We scheduled the work for the following Monday. Michael rescheduled to the Saturday two days earlier because the forecast for Monday was for rain. I couldn't be home on Saturday to monitor the work, so he came back to my house on Friday with a written proposal so we could review the work to be done and make sure he understood what I wanted. I got home on Saturday just as they were wrapping up. MIchael walked with me to view the trees. He had done all that I had asked for, and didn't trim beyond what I wanted - which is also important. They cleaned up all the branches and unloaded the wood chips created from my trees right where I wanted them and where they wouldn't block the garage. Throughout the job, Michael expressed concern to attend to the tree as quickly as possible due to the threat to my garage and the power lines. We were both relieved that he was able to do the job on the Saturday, because the Monday/Tuesday weather had very high winds and could have been a big problem for that tree.

We had a huge limb break away from a large silver maple, ( non weather related). I got 4 quotes, including one service that suggested removing half the tree. AAAs pricing was very reasonable and Mike seemed knowledgable, and was very friendly. Turns out only one major limb needed to be removed. Carpenter ants were found in the hollowed out limb and AAA treated the trees for insects. For that and the trimming of two other large silver maples the price was reasonable, and Mike and the crew were a pleasure to deal with.

Very professional, did the work quickly and expertly. Listed to all our concerns and requests. Very happy with their service and would hire again.

Mike, the owner, was on hand to supervise the crew. They did a fantastic job. At least one neighbor came out of her house to get the contact info for the company because she thought everything looked so good. Mike is extremely nice and really knows his stuff. I would heartily recommend AAA.

I felt that they did a good job, and cleaned up everything before they left. They also took some extra branches that I had sitting in my yard. I will definitely call them again.

Mike, the owner, was highly responsive. He and his crew did a great job. Unfortunately, they accidentally damaged a section of my wrought iron fence; Mike was very quick to bring it to my attention and immediately offered to reimburse me for the repair. Accidents happen. I will use them exclusively going forward. He is knowledgeable and professional.

Michael and his crew were able to do the project the day after I contacted the company. One of the trees is quite old and had not been pruned for at least 20 years. The crew did a great job of clearing out the dead branches and Michael directed from the ground to create a beautiful canopy on the tree. The second tree was a bit smaller and not as overgrown but there was a definite improvement there too. Removing the dead bush was an afterthought on my part, but Michael and I were able to work that into the job. I am very appreciative of the beautiful job they did and have two beautiful trees now.

The service went really well. They came out the same day for a quote, and then came back a couple weeks later to do the work. They came while I was out of town, and sent pictures to keep me updated. When I returned, I was very pleased with the work. One neighbor also used them as well.

Professional. Even put a sheild in front of my windows while doing the stump grinding to ensure no broken windows. This is the second time I have used them. I hope my trees do well so that I don't need them again but I will certainly call them if i need any more taken down.

Michael completed a free estimate within a few hours after I called to request it. Michael's price was competitive with the others we received. The work was scheduled to be completed within a week. Unfortunately, we had some rather large rain storms that delayed the service; however, Michael was very timely with calling me to reschedule. On the day of service, the crew was scheduled to arrive between 8:00-8:30am; however, they did not arrive until 9am. This is my only complaint and I wouldn't have minded so much if I wasn't on a tight schedule to get to work after the removal was completed. Michael and his crew worked safely and quickly. The whole removal process took a little over an hour and a half. The crew was sure to work around the power lines and the nearby fence. Michael even offered to clear our the front gutters near the tree since they were so clogged from the tree hanging over them for so long and the removal process. The crew cleaned up the yard and sidewalk directly surrounding the former tree location. I'm so glad a co-worker recommended Michael and his company because they did great work. If I ever need tree services again, I will be sure to contact AAA Arborist Tree Experts

Love working with this local company! Always receive a call back from Mike very promptly. He and his team are courteous and professional. Mike and team really care about the trees and do a very thorough job assessing how best to deal with the issue at hand. In my case they arrived on time and removed the huge sections of the tree that had snapped and then hauled away 3 full wheel-barrels of pine cones. They cleaned up impeccably. Team returned to climb up and trim the broken top of the tree and insert fertilizer spikes in an attempt to save what's left. Michael is very caring and knowledgeable and the prices quoted are very, very reasonable. Have used AAA Arborist in the past and will continue! Highly recommend!

Mike came in and provided me with a good quote. I setup a time and he came with his guys on time and did a good job and cleanup after.I also asked him if he could leave me some firewood and wood chip to use around my yard, which he did. I had a good experience and will use him again if needed.
