I had Mike come out for an estimate before the work was done. He listened to all of my questions and was able to point out issues with invasive trees/bushes and health of my large trees. The work was scheduled much more quickly than I expected. Mike and his crew took great care to not damage anything. All of the work was done with excellence. I was amazed at how much nicer my yard is with all the "junk" cleaned out. I would definitely use them again for service and recommend to other people.

Excellent work. Mike made sure he knew what we wanted each step of the way. He and his crew protected our lawn with large boards as they worked and used a wood chipper on site to clean up: no mess was left behind. He even returned a few days later to cut off another limb we weren’t originally sure we wanted removed. We appreciated his professional service.

Scheduling was easy and their input and recommendations were appreciated. Would hire again.

Michael is a true pro. He is very responsive and is an expert on tree care. We had our 40 year old diseased maple removed and the stump ground down. The crew was very careful not to destroy planting in the area of the tree. They also cleaned up impeccably when they were finished clearing the tree. We have other trees on our property that need care such as spraying and fertilizing. We are turning all our tree care over to Michael and the AAA Arborist Tree Experts.

Mike and his crew were very professional and responsive right from the start! He came out and looked at the job and took care of the work the next day. He and his crew work like a fine oiled machine, and they cleaned up thoroughly. Would highly recommend AAA Arborist Tree Service.

Michael came out for an estimate within a couple of days. Gave us an estimate, explained the state of the other pines (can be treated), his price was the most reasonable. Cutting got delayed 1 day due to weather, fine. They came on Saturday. They had the equipment, the crew, and the job was done within 5 hours, cleaned up after themselves. I recommended them to one neighbor, that was their next job, and another stopped by to ask for estimate. Definitely a professional outfit. No qualms about using them again.

Michael came to give us an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable and found things that I hadn't even noticed. He oversaw the four other men who came to do the work. He also checked with me when there was any question or recommendation as to extra trees and branches that might need trimming (no extra charge for any of those). I expected it would take five or six hours. They were very efficient, still doing excellent work, and were done in less than three hours. I will definitely use him again when/if the occasion arises.

All went well. Easy communication and they show up when scheduled. I think I just mailed the check after he was done. He never asked for any money up-front.

Michael and his crew showed up on time and got to work immediately. Very efficient and friendly. I did stay in the yard to give feedback on which branches to trim and by how much. Definitely will hire again!

Michael came out promptly. He listened to what I wanted, clearing trees away from my power lines, made suggestions, identified trees I was not sure of and gave me a quote in sections so I could decide what was most important and what I could afford. He had done work for some neighbors who were very happy with his work. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They left logs for my fireplace and enough chips to mulch my front planting area. When I had trouble spreading the mulch myself and finding someone to do it, they volunteered to come back and spread it for the modest sum I had budgeted. All in all an excellent experience. I will definitely call Michael again.

Mike pointed out a coupe of tres that would become roof issues and were source of animals getting on roof that I had missed. He was the only arborist that gave us alternatives to treating invasive stump that can’t be ground out to prevent regrowth. Previous tree service did not treat stump properly and tree grew back. He was also very responsive and easy to reach by email, phone or text. When I found an issue I needed him to come back and address I texted him on a Sunday and he called back immediately and was out with his crew in 2 days. One sprinkler head was broken during removal and mike showed us the damage and took care of the cost on the spot

The owner Michael came out and did a complete walk-through of my property with me. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge on every type of tree, identifying health concerns and different illnesses present in our crab trees and our giant blue spruce trees. After meeting with me and my wife, we new immediately that AAA Arborist would make the best decisions on how to address our tree health and maintenance needs. I obtained three separate quotes and AAA Arborists' detail was thorough and pricing was very competetive, so my choice was very easy to make. On the day of my service, Michael personally supervised his crew. The work was carefully executed and the attention to detail was amazing. Michael also followed up with me a week later to ensure we were satisfied. I am so pleased with the service and the results. We will be using them as our regular tree service from now on!

Michael and his crew worked quickly and safely. All were polite and prodessional. Michael explained his recommendstions, did the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves.

We have used Mike and his AAA before. He did a great job in the past, did again today. We had 2 large, old Norway Maples and 1 large old Silver Maple all pruned and raised. Lots of dead branches, overgrowth and other branches encroaching on and over our house and also our neighbors. We also had a long arborvitae hedge trimmed. Again, lots of pruning involved. All of Mike's workers did a great job. Very knowledgeable. And Mike was there the whole time, consulting with us as each tree or hedge was about to be worked on. One neighbor saw Mike and his team's work and asked Mike to set up a tree removal on his property. As said, we've used in the past and will again.

It was a great experience! Michael was very friendly, and the work was done so fast and professionally! And bonus, he really knows his trees! I would definitely recommend him, and will use him again if we ever needed work in the future.

Called AAA and talked with Mike about pine trees that appeared to be dying. He came out and inspected the trees and explained that fungus was the problem. Mike gave me several options. I decided to have four of the trees removed including stump removal. The other three trees were trimmed and a anti-fungal was applied to the remaining trees. Mike and crew also cut out several bushes that were growing against the fence. This was the smoothest project I have experienced. Mike and his crew were done in half a day and when they were finished the yard was cleaner than when they started! Mike came out a few days later to ensure the anti-fungal had been absorbed by the trees. Mike and crew were extremely professional. I would highly recommend "AAA Arborist Tree Experts".

Needed after major snowstorm resulted in large limb crashing to my room. AAA was on site to assess the situation within a short time after my call and back to accomplish the needed removal the following day. Using care appropriate to the weather and snowfall conditions, they accomplished the job quickly without damage to my roof.

I reached out to Michael in autumn to come out and quote me on the removal of 3 large trees (2 of which were very large old Silver Maples that likely stood 70-80ft tall and are particularly susceptible to storm damage) behind my house, along with grinding out their stumps, other small stumps I had cut back to the ground, and some pruning. There was a fourth tree on my property that I was also wondering if needed to be removed. Michael was very honest, explaining that in his opinion, the tree was in fine health and wasn't necessary to remove, but he would be happy to do it if I requested. There were a few different scenarios I was wondering about as this would be a large project, and he was very accommodating in providing me prices for each scenario. I was nervous about the trees because they were in my back yard, between mine and my neighbors' houses, with limbs that hung precariously over various structures and fences. It was further complicated by the limited accessibility for a bucket truck to get back into the yard. Eventually Michael and I worked out a finalized price, which he was very reasonable and accommodating on. We scheduled the work for late November, but because of the weather we got he eventually got out to me in December. It was a two day project due to the nature of the work. I was very, very satisfied with how it turned out. His crew showed up and got right to work. They were clearly very skilled and professional, and while they worked quickly when they could, they did not rush when they were removing branches that could have seriously damaged mine or my neighbors' property. It was something to watch how they safely lowered the branches to the ground. And of course, Michael himself was there the whole time supervising the work, which is very important to me. When the work was all done, they cleaned up the entire area, including my neighbors' lawns, probably to a better condition than they found it when they first arrived. They placed birdhouses exactly where they had been before they moved them to avoid damage, and even rolled in my waste bins that I had set out for my normal trash haul-away. For such a large, dangerous job I could not be more pleased. I will exclusively recommend AAA in the future and will always use them for any future needs.

We have a huge Dutch elm that was dying and another tree next to it removed, plus trimming of 2 other large trees. Mike was in constant contact with us. He kept us up to date with return dates, and was fabulous to work with . Our yard and areas were the removal took place were cleaned to perfection! Would hire him again and will with additional work.

I was contacted by Mike while getting quotes to trim large portions of an old Emerald Ash tree in my back yard to make way for a second story addition. Mike worked around my unusual hours, came out to the house to get more info on what I was looking to have done, and returned very quickly with his proposal, which was lower than a few other companies I'd contacted. It was important to me to keep the tree, and Mike and his crew treated it like it was their own. Again accommodating my difficult work hours, they came out on the agreed upon date right on time and did a fantastic job of both trimming the tree and cleaning up the job site. I will absolutely be using this company again.

I called and requested an estimate of trees that I want to be cut and removed from my backyard. Michael arrived on the appointed time and gave me a fair estimate of the cost. He came back a couple of days with his crews and performed a clean and professional job. He is fully equipped with all the machinery needed to do the job. I hired Arborist Tree Experts a couple of times and I will use them again in the future. A very good and satisfactory job!

A large tree fell on our our roof over the weekend due to a wind storm. Michael and his crew arrived first thing on Sunday morning to remove it -- very few other companies even responded to our call due to the weekend timing. The tree removal was a major task due to the placement in the yard and limited access to the area. Michael and his crew handled it brilliantly. I have rarely used a service provider that was so dedicated and exceeded all expectations. I will only use Michael in the future for tree service. Thank you!

I was told they we come over on Thursday, I did not need to be home, and that they would call me. I did not hear from them so called on Friday morning. They said I was on the schedule for 2:00. I was at home until 3:30 and no one showed up nor did I ever receive a phone call.
