Description of Work: Came the next day to view the partially blown off awning. Due to the size of the awning and safety concerns came back with additional crew the following day to remove the awning. Done in a professional manner. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: First time using Angie's list....called this company after hearing how quickly they respond.....never heard from them....the day I called they said Harold was out and would call on Friday,the next day...it's been a week....no Harold.....no estimate....new company just hired

+ -1 moreThey came out the same day I called for an estimate. Very pleased with estimate, checked with the BBB for any complaints, then called and asked for a contract. Same day that I called , they came out with the contract. Gave them a deposit, and anticipated a wait of about a couple of weeks. Pleasantly surprised in less than a week, I came home from work and the awning were installed. They look beautiful. Very satisified.

+ -1 moreI spent a lot of time finding a shop that still would work on these units and visited several. The shop on Brookfield is more of a fabricator than a showroom but it was clean and well organized. The shop distributed and installed the awning we wanted and was willing to work with our old units as well. He had a few family issues that slowed his business while we were trying to get our work done but once he said those were handled he did the work fairly quickly. He came and got our broken unit, ordered the new one and about three weeks later he came back and put them all up. The awnings he re-hung work well, the repair seems fine and the new awning looks good.
Description of Work: Needed to get 1 new awning, repair and re-mount another and re-hang two more. These are aluminum roll-up awnings. We wanted to stay with these older awnings rather than replace them.

+ -1 moreTHEY MAKE THE PRODUCTS IN THEIR SHOP AND THEN THEY BRING THEM OVER AND INSTALL THEM. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME. THEY ALSO PRODUCED A CUSTOM PRODUCT THAT FIT OUR NEEDS AND THEY INSTALLED IT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.
Description of Work: HE PUT AN AWNING PATIO COVER OVER OUR BACK DOOR.
