Great. I received a call back the day I phoned to ask if this service was possible, and within the week the technician came and replaced the nylon cord while also looking over both awnings to avert immediate future failure due to the age of both of them. We also spoke of options for replacement if it becomes necessary.

The awnings are beautiful, well made and installed correctly. Harry and his employees are very professional, thorough, and prompt. They actually took the time to fix a leak in my gutter while installing the awnings. Not their responsibility at all but they did it anyway.

While the cost of the covet wasnot the cheapest, I chose Awnings by Harry because of his ratings on Angie's list, his knowledge, he makes the product to specific measurements, and quality of the materials he described to me in detail. It's s sturdy. It's not pre-fabricated. I am very pleased with the end product and customer service.

Smooth process. Wonderful. Prompt, had it done and not a problem at all. He put in additional bracing and more screws to withstand the weight of snow. Took two hours to complete project.

It went very well, and the house looks very good with the new awnings. Harry came over within 48 hours of my first call to him. He described (and showed pictures of) the awnings he makes and recommended the type of awning that would enhance my home's appearance. I agreed to his recommendations and signed him up for the work. Within a week and a half, Harry and sons had returned to measure windows, make the awnings, and returned to attach awnings to the window frames. Job done well; house looks great.

We were hoping for awning repair, but prior design, material and style are not currently available. Awning improved house appearance. Aluminum is maintenance-free. Access to Angie's list is invaluable to service provider and customer. It increases positive outcomes. Outstanding overall experience.

Contacted Awnings by Harry via Angie's List. Took a few days for Harry to return call once I supplied my information and then we played phone tag, but once we made contact things moved quickly. Harry came out, supplied a quote for the job, and had the metal awning installed all within a week. Additional enforcement on the awning so I have no doubts it will be able to withstand any snowstorms without a problem. Perfect clean-up after work completed too. Old school work ethic which I appreciate!! Will be happily using Awnings by Harry again (after I do cement work in spring) to put up a patio cover. Would happily recommend this company without reservations.

We wanted an aluminum awning to be installed over the front door of my mother's home. We were very pleased with our choice of Awnings Unlimited of Brookfield (Awnings by Harry). Harry, himself, came out to do the measurements and price quote. That meeting was on June 22 and the awning was installed on June 30. My husband watched the men install the awning and was very impressed by their professionalism and the quality of the installation. The awning looks great and we expect that it will withstand bad weather based on the heavy duty installation.

It took them around 10 days from the time they came out, measured, and quoted until the time I accepted their quote and they installed the awning. It was a quick process. The awning has great quality and seems well reinforced..

He's on the lists. They came right away and that's very good but I was very disappointed because they never call.

My awning was damaged at 9:30pm on 2/18 from chunks of ice falling off my new leaf guard gutters. After calling Awnings Unlimited the next day, they were able to come the same day and remove the damaged awning. Since they had the old awning, I asked them to measure it and give me an estimate for a new awning. Since they had an "A" rating on Angie's list and the price they quoted was lower then some of the prices I saw from other vendors on Angie's List, I ordered the awning and was told it would be installed in approximately 2 weeks. Much to my surprise they came back in 5 days and installed my new awning. I was very happy, as I missed having an awning. The crew was pleasant, did the job quickly and cleaned up nicely.

The night before large pieces of ice fell off my roof and damaged the awning above my front door. It was just hanging from the building, blocking my front door. I checked Angie's List for a provider and found Awnings Unlimited of Brookfield. Luckily there was a review in there about them removing a damaged awning and they opened at 7am. I called them as soon as they opened and talked to one of the employees about my problem. He said they were doing an install not far from me and could probably take it down, but he would have to talk to the boss. He also asked if I was and quot;OKand quot;, that was nice. I received a call from Will around 8:10 and he said they would be able to take it down and would be at my house after the install, around 10:30. They arrived at 11 and before I could even get my coat on and get out the back door, the awning was down and out of my yard. YEA! They had eveything done and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes! And, while they were finishing up, I asked them for an estimate for a new awning since they could use the old one for dimensions. Everyone was so polite and kind, I really appreciated it. A new awning is on order. So I will be doing business with them again!

We contacted Awnings Unlimited of Brookfield for an estimate to replace two existing awnings, one of which was being covered by insurance due to hail damage. Harry came out to provide an estimate the next day. The estimate was reasonable compared to others we received in the past for the same work. I contacted Harry to see if we could see some aluminuim samples so we could pick out our color and he arrived at our house on time on Saturday, July 6th. We picked out the color and he informed us that it would be approximately two weeks for the awnings to be made and installed, which seemed reasonable. On Tuesday, July 9th Harry called to see if he could install the awnings early! In just two days he made and installed our new awnings. The awnings are extremely well-made and built with extra reinforcements. They look great! Harry was very kind and a pleasure to work with. He clearly cares about the work he does. I will hire him back in a minute.

Harry returned my call promptly and we had a conversation about what I was looking for . He said he would be out in a day or two and call when he was coming. Two days later he called and came by. We had to go out so he left the breakdown and cost in our mailbox. We okayed the price and he said it would be about ten days for him to make it . About nine days later he phoned to let us know it was ready and would we be home the following morning? The next morning Harry phoned to let us know the installers were on the way and would be there about eleven . At quarter to eleven they arrived and installed it. My husband watched as they finished the work and wrote them a check for the agreed amount. They were polite and did a job that far exceeded our expectations. The awning is the exact color I wanted and the quality surpasses the ones I have seen locally. Plus, Harry is a great guy to deal with, did exactly as he said.

My initial phone call was returned immediately. Harry sent his son Jeff to give the estimate. Jeff arrived at the exact time he stated he would be there. He gave me the estimate on the spot. By the end of the day, we contacted their company for the contract. On 04Dec11 Harry brought the contract to our home and collected the deposit. Jeff and his crew arrived on 05Dec11 to do the tear down and clean up. Not even a paint chip was left behind. He informed me that the awning would be ready on Monday 12Dec11 for installation. On Sunday they called to confirm their arrival time of 1030hrs. On Monday they arrived at 1020hrs and began the installation. When they finished the job we were ecstatic to see that Jeff had matched the new awning so closely to the two existing awnings that it would not be necessary to replace them in the spring and it looks beautiful. Our experience with Awnings Unlimited was fantastic. The employees are incredibly nice. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends..

Excellent. My wife and I took the time before we set up the appointment to visit the company in Brookfield to see some finished awnings before we set up a date to measure. Harry contacted us and we set up a day and time to measure and show us some sample aluminum colors which were used to match against the colors in the brick, front door, door frame, and windows. We were told the unit would be installed within two weeks. In less than a week it was installed. We came home one day and it was up.

They quickly responded to my inquiry and came out to measure at a convenient time for me. When I decided to get the work done, which was several weeks after the estimate, they began making the awnings in their shop telling me it would be about three weeks. It was within one week that the awnings were ready, but in the meantime, my deposit check didn't go through because I wrote a check off a closed account. The owner was very gracious about the mistake and never made me feel like he thought I deliberately did that. As soon as the correct check arrived, the awnings were quickly installed. They look beautiful and fit perfectly. We recently had a siding contractor over and he inspected the awnings while he was doing his work, and said they were quality custom work. He asked for the company's name that did them because he was so impressed he wanted to hire them. I wish I had more awnings, because I would call this company and only this company.

Very well. One awning was slightly crooked on one side, but it's not noticeable.
