HE CLEANED UP THE SAWDUST AND KEPT EVERYTHING NEAT. THE LOCKS WERE REPLACED VERY QUICKLY AND COMPETENTLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND PHIL TO MY FRIENDS AND WOULD CERTAINLY HIRE HIM AGAIN.
