I used Edge after using another Pest Company. They have been out twice and each time my experience has been excellent. They are committed to getting rid of my pest problem. Bye bye mice!

Perfect. It took a couple of days for them all to expire, but the infestations are gone.

We had a undergrown bee's nest, I actually thought that was the only nest. Dylan located another nest under a door and sprayed there also. He was very thorough, and cleared spider webs on the outside our home.

I received a robocall to remind me of our quarterly visit. It also prompted me to further options, such as if we had any specific requests. I received a call this afternoon to remind me and to give me the name of the tech. Jonathan bwqs very professional and courteous. He came up to bedroom to see a window as we thought it could be an insect conclave, which it wasn't yet he inspected and cleaned it up.

By the time they were done, Edge Pest Control eliminated the bees, spiders, and did work to prevent any rodents from entering the house. I am so beyond pleased with the service and follow ups I have received.

They were extremely thorough inside and outside the house. It was immediately effective.

Every time I have used this service, we have been extremely happy with the results. I never have any ants, flies, earwigs, SPIDERS, in my home, In the past year since we have used this service we are bug free inside by home.

They were to find where mice were getting into our home. They were unable to find how the mice were getting in. Then they wanted us to purchase a yearly program for them to come out and spray. We declined since they couldn't even find how the mice were getting in.

It went very well. Technician explained what he was going to do.

Interior and exterior baiting, plus traps, appear to have done the trick in about 24 hours. No more critters spotted and everyone feels less creeped out about sitting on the floor near where the first critter was spotted.

Admittedly, I don't yet have all that much experience with this company. But, after my first experience with them, I feel good about switching over from another company, the big O. Earlier this week, Nate B. was in my suburb, going door-to-door, looking for new customers. And, even though I was in the middle on a few chores, I already knew that I wanted a different pest control service. Over the last few summers, our past service had to come out multiple times in between regularly scheduled visits in order to eliminate ants. And, when I asked the old service about what I felt were little extra in-home services, I was always presented with a larger than expected extra cost. So, when Nate knocked on our door, I already had a slew of questions to ask, all of which he answered, over the course of 35-40 minutes. Before agreeing to become a new customer, Nate showed me EDGE's regular process. This is what, for me, distinguished EDGE from my old service. My old service only sprayed a thin strip of their product around the perimeter of the house, and only in certain areas indoors. EDGE, as it was explained to me, uses a different product that attaches to pests, and is thereby transferred to a colonies and other pests because of this characteristic. Also, not only do they use more product around the perimeter of the house, which Nate did say would need to be consumed in exorbitant quantities in order to be harmful to children, but they also sprayed the perimeter of my entire property. Their regular service also uses a telescopic brush that cleans out window wells, eaves and other nooks of the house. I was also told that, in the spring and summer months, included with my service was a sweep of my property for hornet and wasp nests, something that was an extra cost for my old service. Being a growing company, hoping to gain a foothold in the area, Nate was allowed to price match my current quarterly service price. This is the point at which I felt compelled to hire them, considering that it seemed to me that they offer far more in regular service than the old company's regular service. After signing on with EDGE that evening, Nate had a tech, Jeff, come out to the house to perform our first service. He was certainly here longer than our old service. My hope is, as this company grows, and gains more customers in the area, that they are still able to take the time to perform the type of service that I experienced on their first visit. The technician did a fantastic job! He was punctual, courteous, and informative, letting me know exactly what he was doing and what he had found. I was very happy about this and appreciative for the service. I feel very comfortable that the pest issues have been taken care of.

Took care of all the outside area, even power eashed. Took out a mouse from the basement. Great professionalism and customer service.

Technician called and provided arrival time. After completion of service, technician contacted home owner to discuss service provided.

This was initial service but contract terms were filled and technicians were on time, courteous, and asked multiple times if we had any questions or concerns. This was our first time employing a pest control company. It is too soon to tell if their service resulted in fewer pests and especially wasps around/near our home. We have signed up for quarterly service which will begin in 30 days to put us on a quarterly schedule. During that time if there is anything we notice, Edge will come out on-demand free of charge. This is an advantage to their service. They do not seem to nickel and dime consumers.
