He showed us a picture of the roof where it was leaking (it was a simple, unfinished caulking situation), grabbed his caulk gun, and hopped on the roof to repair it right then and there! A few days after he repaired our roof, we were hit with a pretty severe thunderstorm, and Chris' fantastic work held up perfectly! We are so appreciative of the work he did for us, and we plan to use this business for any of our future roofing needs!"

"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."
