Materials didn't all show up on time. I made 3 payments to Finance Company before work started. Work crew were fast and seemed competent. Never took a break. Clean up could have been better. Had to order additional materials and wait for them. 1 week delay.

Full Service Roofing did an excellent job!! They performed their services in a very efficient time frame and were very neat and cleaned up after they were finished. We had a hard time finding someone to quote this roof replacement because of the steep pitch and we were replacing a shake shingle roof. Full Service Roofing did not hesitate and gave us several options for our replacement. We could not be more pleased!!! We would highly recommend them.

We found the leak in January....and Kevin Phillips (the estimation manager --super nice guy with a great work ethic and superior customer service!) came over right away (literally, like within an hour, on a chilly Saturday). He tried to do a quick fix (at no additional charge!) to stop any additional leaking, but it didn't work. So, after he came over again, we all decided to replace the roof. We picked out the shingles and got on the calendar to have the job done in the Spring. By mid-March (it was an unusually warm forecast last year), we got a call from our project manager that the roof would be done in 2 days.....so, the garbage receptacle got delivered the next day and the roofing team was at our house before 8 a.m. the following morning. They LITERALLY did not quit working until our roof was stripped of the old shingles, new were put on, and the mess around the house was cleaned up. Granted, our roof is small and simple, but these guys didn't even take a lunch break! We were impressed! The garbage receptacle was retrieved the next day and....WHA-LA, done!!! We have not had any more leaking. We paid a bit more for the job to be done, but we are more than satisfied that it got done so unexpectedly quickly and efficiently.

They were expensive but good. They were experienced. The price I really didn't know if that's high so it might be comparative to the people especially when they took off the old, put on brand new roof. They didn't put new wood on, but they took off the old and put on the new roof, so it was probably okay. I'm not a roofer but I'm sure that it was good. I got up to 20-year guarantee on it. I put the letter that I approved to have him to do it, and he never did get back to me at all. I had to call them like two weeks later, but what had happened, he had a big mailbox at the front of his house, I guess they didn't really use and then a regular mailbox, and I put in the big mailbox since I thought was for the roofing stuff. They never even opened that box up. So, I called up, then he went out and found that my insurance okayed it. The guys were really nice. I didn't see the owner really anymore it's the guys that work me, and they're all were nice to me.

While home visiting my parents, some of the worst storms hit the area in the longest time. There roof took most of the impact of damage. I set up a few appointments with local roofing companies to get some estimates. With me only visiting for another week, I wanted to be there for the estimates. I explained to the companies that I called, my parents were elderly. They don't deal with stuff like that well and I wanted to be around to help. Only 2 companies understand the situation and agreed to come out ASAP. Out of the 2, Full Service Roofing was the only one who actually came out. The gentleman I met with understood I was trying help my parents and squeezed me in between appointments to make sure I was able to be there for the estimate. After coming back home, the parents ended up getting 2 more estimates weeks later. Those estimates were comparable with Full Service Roofing. My parents said the other 2 companies were extremely pushy. I'm not going to bash them by putting there names on here but one tried to tell my parents on if they didn't sign and give a deposit that day it could be months before they could do the job. I don't go for the pushy sales tactics and neither does Dad. Following some research on the company and reading the reviews on here they ended up going with Full Service Roofing. They were rated really high and had great reviews. A manger came out to get the contract signed and take the deposit. He noticed my Marine Corps pictures and found out I was a Veteran. They ended up knocking a little more off the price and thanked my parents for my service. As you get older people tend to try to take advantage of you especially during times of need. I was worried someone would do this to them. Not the case here. The roof has since been installed and my parents said everything went better then expected. If there happy I'm happy.

The crew called about an hour prior to arrival to let us know the arrival time. The three man crew started immediately, worked straight through lunch, and finished about 4:30 on a blistering hot day.

We left our info with company, at a local home show. They contacted us promptly, drove to our home with the estimate and contract and were available by phone. Timely, professional service, and excellent roofers.

All representatives of the company & employees were friendly, timely and true to their word.

Initial report - 12/11/13 The project was a couple of weeks behind the expected start date but the delay didn't cause any issues for me. For the workers, I imagine the difference between 40 degrees and 4 degrees outside with zero degree wind chill made A LOT of difference. The project manager contacted me throughout the delay period with updates. He called more than 48 hours prior to the new start date. I was advised to remove any artwork from outside walls just in case the work on the roof caused vibrations that might result in a picture falling off the wall. No other roof worker had ever suggested this. Nice. The crew arrived, dumpster arrived and the crew did a total removal of the old shingles, put down the roofing felt and cleaned up the project site on the first day. I was impressed and pleased. On day #2, the crew began to install the stone coated steel shingle panels but discovered there was material for my job that had been used on another job in error. The project manager called and apologized explaining that this would result in a delay of a day or two but that the roof was fully weather proof. (I hope so; the wind is going to hit 30 mph today). I get it; stuff happens. Again, this was not an inconvenience for me other than I'd like to get the dumpster out of the driveway sooner rather than later. This day #3. I'll know more when I get home. But, overall, so far so good. Update - 4/29/2014 The work finally was completed after Thanksgiving but not entirely to my satisfaction. Materials were left at my house (I had to call twice to get it picked up and some of it is still there. It seems that the workers who installed my roof have been fired. Great. There is significant scarring on the stone coated shingles due to workers' failure to wear proper foot wear and frankly, carelessness. Months after the install, I finally got a call this morning saying the materials to repair the scarring have come in and repairs will start today. Communication has been sporadic and usually at my initiation. The house did get through the terrible winter without leaks which is encouraging.For a job this expensive, I expected better but if anything goes wrong, I'll be calling for a no cost fix. Now, let 's see if this scarring fix gets done. I will update again. Final Report - 6/3/2014 Everything has been complete for a few weeks now. The scarring was repaired, the materials picked up and the roof looks great (finally). The gutters with the caps that keep leaves, etc out of the troughs have done their job as well. Overall, the result is good. The process was somewhat painful but thankfully, it worked out in the end. Would I use them again? Maybe. Depends on price and scope of the job.

Work took a little longer than projected, but quality of the work was excellent. We pointed out a few minor finishing issues that most people probably would not have even noticed and they took care of them with no questions asked. Although we thought their price might be a little high, the comfort level we felt in planning the job and, frankly, the extra time it took them to complete the job may have justified the cost. In my 39 years in Quincy I have never worked with a more professional and responsive contractor.

They started on time, did a great job throughout. The clean up was amazing. They cleaned my yard better then start of job.

Overall I am pleased with Full Service Roofing. I have never had a project of this scale done before so I did not know what to expect. Our area also recently suffered a tremendous amount of damage due to straight line winds and many homes have some sort of damage. Some times the guy who came out to give us the estimate and propsal was late but I gave them a little leway due to the heavy volume of requests in the area. He did always call and was very professional when he arrived. Once the project was scheduled there were some issues of lack of communication regarding when materials and the dumpster were being dropped off. My home is a little of 2000 sq ft and the crew showed up at 4 pm on a Friday 9/9, worked until dark, was back at 7:30 am on Sat and was finished the roof by the time it was dark. They replaced areas of rotten wood also on the roof. I had some areas of concern regarding an area that had leaked before due to poor design of an addition built before we purchased the home. I contacted the project manager on Sunday 9/11 and he came out that day to address my concerns. He ended up having part of the crew come back out on Wed 9/14 to take up some of the newly laid shingles and put rubber down as a water barier. The next day they came out and replaced some fascia that we had lost in the storm and replaced a section of our gutter that was damaged due to their ladders and heavy materials. This was done at no charge. The cost did not go over the estimated price. That shocked me - pleasantly. The crew did an amazing job cleaning up the nails and mess. We did find some stuff still laying around but no where near what we have seen at other places. We have had many compliments on how nice our roof looks. I will be able to tell more after we have our first good rain but they have a 5 year workmanship warranty. This company also does siding and I will probably use them next year when we start that remodeling project. Update - One year later our roof is still in great shape with no leaks.

Called and made an appt to have them look at roof after recent storm damage. Set appt for Friday at 10 am. on Friday at 10:15 recieved a call that they were running behind so set appt for 11. They showed up at 11:15. Only looked at roof of house needed garage looked at also. Was suppose to bring quote back on Saturday morning, never showed. I called them on Monday and rep said he would be out that day never showed. Had to call again on Tuesday rep stated that he had forgot???? Finally got quote at 6:30 p.m. tuesday night not acceptable!
