"Called R&S Inc on Thursday morning at 10, explained garage door spring had broken and wanted to replace the garage door. They said they would be here between 10am and 12 noon on following day, Friday. On Friday at 11am they called and said they couldn't come and could they reschedule, because they had "lots of emergencies". So the appointment that was made meant nothing to them. They are unreliable, and they wasted our time. I would go to any other company than this one."
