The presenter was informative..the workers did a great job. If I have work done in the future i would want the workers as dedicated as these two were. Thank you for your professionalism.

This is how service should be. I called in stating the issue. Lifetime time warranty so they sent out a Tech. Ty called asking if he could come earlier! That's awesome I have to say. Freed up the rest of my day. The adjustment took maybe 5 minutes. But Ty didn't just stop at the adjustment. He noticed that the locks were loose. something I didn't even catch. He adjusted those two and tested each one separately to make sure they all worked correctly. Then he replaced the bracket I called about in the first place. Great work and I appreciate going above and beyond and making sure everything else was correct! This is why I came back to this company for my windows.

Excellent. Larry was great in helping to adjust our order today. Quickly resolved the request. Looking forward to receiving the product.

I called to set up an estimate to get flashing installed. Was directed to an operator who did not know what a flashing was--the first sign of trouble in a business that works in exterior projects. After explaining what exactly that was, the operator proceeded to say that no work or estimate would be provided without installation of new windows or roof. I get that it's a sales business but, clearly, the up sale was frustrating. I was calling about a flashing not about windows. Very disappointed as I received a previous windows quote from them and thought they were a decent business. Clearly mistaken.

Very well, there was one glitch but it was dealt with very well an did cause any problems.

Overall the project went very well. The sales presentation was long but informative. The installation had a couple of minor issues but were resolved completely to our satisfaction. The windows themselves are high quality and we can already tell a difference from a heating/cooling perspective. The list pricing is high so be prepared to negotiate.

The initial installation had a few issues but the company sent out an individual to follow-up and correct all issues. The windows and doors are high quality and are fairly priced but are not cheap by any means. The windows and doors come with lifetime warranties and should last.

salesman came out and windows were measured to replace 4 double hung & 2 smaller picture windows with 4 casement window and 2 picture windows would just be upgraded to new product, contract was signed and date of final measurement was set for 2 weeks later. On the morning of final and on that morning I received call from some woman identifying herself as Bea saying that the salesman had not scheduled for someone to come out to measure, which I thought was a lie because she called on the that very day. I insisted that my appointment be kept, BIG mistake on my part!! Not only was my order delayed for a month because 1 window could not be a casement type but had to be made a picture window due to its size they also made almost every window too large for the wood framing which had to be hacked & butchered to make them fit and the 2 small picture windows are not attached to any framing what so ever only sitting in expanding foam insulation. The installers then ran out of inside oak trim and had to go to Home Depot to buy oak trim to finish job, turns out the trim he bought is a different species of oak so now after I stained the trim I have 2 different looks on the same windows. They finally finished well after dark about 8:30pm

Steve Chmura is a true professional. Excellent people skills, not pushy, and thorough explanation of products/services. Only minor issue were the shutters not matching new white window caps, simple phone call and he was able to remedy the situation within a few days. Installers were very clean, our dark wood floors showed no signs of their work. Truly appreciate the cleanliness! Highly recommend Steve and his Window Works team!

Good they contacted me for arrival on date and time. Very punctual, experienced and cleaned up after.

The service was good. They did damage a bed cover but paid for a replacement.

Sales was very helpful and informative. Installers were early and very efficient. They came in with the lowest price. Noticeable difference in quality of window that was replaced.

Nine windows were ordered, eight windows arrived with installers. The ninth window was on back order, installed the following week. Otherwise, the installation we smooth and professional.

They were professional. The windows look & work great. They were on time. They cleaned up after themselfs.

Steve Chmura was great!! He came out with samples and examples of new windows. I had many estimates prior to purchasing my new windows but always hesitated due to cost and concerns over mess and whether it was worth it but Steve put me at ease right away. He didn't pressure me, was extremely knowledgeable about his products and got me the best deal! I love my new windows and they really updated the look of the house! Due to the quality of the product and Steve I will definitely call them when it's time to purchase siding!

I was impressed with the professionalism and pricing. When I decide to schedule this work they are at the top of my list.

Horrible experience, I will never do any type of business with this company, I Purchased 10 windows and 3 doors. Only 9 windows and 2 doors were completely installed, im still missing part of 1 window and 1 full door a year later..... think twice before you contact this company, Dont make the same mistake.

The quote and the actual work was perfect! I interviewed 6 other window providers and Window Works was the very best. At installation, the 2-person team (Adam and Martin) were on time, very polite, and completely covered all areas where they were working. At the end of each day, they vacuumed and you could not even tell I had work performed as they were so clean.

Their windows are pretty cheap. I had a guy come out one time because they are in crooked and don't move they their supposed to. He made adjustments but they're still not right. They will never put another window in my house. The price was way to high.

The quality of windows is very poor. I have cold air leaks in the winter and when it rains the windows leak water. A tech came out to check the air leaks. He said all windows leak air. I agree with that statement to a point. He put plugs over the screws used to install the windows. This should have been done when the windows were installed but is purely cosmetic. The plugs have nothing to do with air leaking in. I was told it's normal for there to be water leaks and that's what weep holes are for. I watched and took pictures of water running in when it was raining. The water stayed in the track. It did not escape through the weep holes. I first noticed a stain in the tracks of the windows that appeared to be from water when I was cleaning them. The stain was in four of seven windows installed on different sides of the house. I called Window Works and a tech was sent out. That's when I was told it's normal to get water in through windows. It was just about a week later that it rained and I watched the rain come in. Windows should be a barrier to the outside elements. I do not believe I should have drafts as I do and certainly not rain coming in.

Very Poorly. I had multiple visits, leaking windows, a broken screen that was somehow not fixed despite 3 visits; they caulked over my lentils and weep ropes. Very bad experience. The windows themselves are poorly designed. the top slides down for easy cleaning/venting out the top but nothing locks them in so everytime I close a window, over the past 2 or so years, the top of the window comes down slightly so you always have to hold that up when you close the window.

They should have gotten started about a month ago. It was very hard to get them started and to commit to a time frame. The salesman was very nice and accommodating. We got a 5% angie's list discount. The problem really was getting someone there. It should have been done in a day. I had some kids help prepare before they started. They only sent 1 man. He was alone for 2 days. The next day, he got 5 more to help him finish the job. I would not likely use them again. Their accounting staff were very nice and accommodating. They worked with me. I divided the job into start/middle & end-3 separate payments on 3 credit cards. The job wasn't bad, but the crew had some new staff. Their work was not acceptable. I would have expected them to be better based on their reviews.

Very well. Great price. Solid customer service. Install went smooth. Very professional all around.

Somehow I can't finish with them. It was supposed to have been this past Saturday; it was supposed to have been the Thursday previous to that: it was supposed to have been a month ago. I can't seem to finish with them. They keep missing appointment and missing parts. They did shoddy work and of course they say that AL gives them a high recommendation -- great. I want to give them something different. They did not charge me anything for the last visit, but they charged me a couple of thousand dollars for a door and have never completed the work. They did a lousy job to begin with. The door leaked and it rained all in the house. They sent somebody out to patch it up, claiming that they needed a new part. So they ordered the new part and, of course, delay, delay, delay. The product is a quality product, however the install was not.
