Jeff Agonath entered into my home on June 26 and I have never felt so uncomfortable in my own home. If you have Jeff scheduled to come into your home, I HIGHLY advise against it. He was aggressive and patronizing towards me. The full explanation is below: My parents used window works in their home in the suburbs and I saw the good reviews online. I cannot speak to window works as a company, since we decided to not proceed after the consult. Jeff Agonath made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own home. Jeff Agonath gave a very condescending lecture and explanation of his windows. He paused several times for questions and if I asked a question he would say “that’s good, I like when you ask questions”. It became apparent to me that I needed to make a decision while he was there and he told me that I “wasted his time” and I “lied on the phone” because “my husband was not available to make financial decisions for me”. He pulled out a laminated map which showed how far he has to drive around for his job, and why it would be an incredibly large inconvenience for him to have to return. If I had known that we needed to make a decision on the spot, I would have not scheduled. We have completed several renovations on multiple properties and was never met with such aggression and demand of a decision during the consult. He told me that my “notes were not good enough” to explain to my husband. I am the home owner, which he questioned me about three times in a condensing manner. We were very interested in the product, and we did consider asking Window Works to assign us a different sales person. I was concerned of the possibility that Jeff would return or communicate with us in some capacity during the sale, so we felt it was safer to proceed with another company altogether. I felt harassed by Jeff Agonath and I completely regret opening my door to him. I did consider asking him to leave, but I was concerned for my safety and how he would react.

They are still working on it and they dis a great job.

The gentleman did explained to me all the questions that I had, he was good, he spent a long time talking to me but I felt like the guy was pushy, and I don't want to feel pressured.

Exceptional service and follow up. The sales representative was outstanding and the installation was very prompt and professional. The most impressive aspect was the work done on our behalf by Michelle Ortega who was our concierge. She did a remarkable job. Thank you window works.

At first i was sceptical because i have had other companies out however our family was lucky enough to have got ahold of Adam Moore he was so helpful he got right to the point got us a amazing price beat the competition and delivered on everything he promised Id highly recommend them if you want a good price and quality work

This was the worst experience we have ever had with ANY contractor - filed complaints with the BBB and Illinois Attorney General. Made complaints to the sales person, however, she had left the company. Made complaints to the Sales Manager, however, he had left the company. Their workers did not speak any English and were NOT trained to complete the work contracted for. Because of their continued delays we had to have another contractor finish the work at a much higher price because we could not wait as we had open holes that were exposed to the elements. DON'T HIRE TIGER REMODELING GROUP OR WINDOW WORKS, TIGER BATH SOLUTIONS OR HOMEWERKS (THEY ARE ALL THE SAME COMPANY) FOR ANYTHING EVER!!!

Hector, Dave, did an excellent job on the repairs needed. Dionna did an excellent job on scheduling and follow-ups.

Dionna goes above and beyond trying to help you and resolve whatever issue you have. They stand behind their work. Don came out and repaired the damage to our wall due to the leak and did an excellent job. Both are professionals and very friendly. Highly recommend window works!!

Great, the slider was reinforced with extra screws and slides so easy

I called and service was scheduled quickly and pleasantly. I was waiting to be told that there would be a service call charge of $XX or that I would have to pay for the lock to be replaced. To my continuing amazement neither costs were mentioned during the call or at the completion of service. Shortly after my doors were initially installed a minor repair was needed. Hector was the service technician who corrected that problem. Hector was also the technician who handled replacement of our storm door lock. As a homeowner I've had to call many, many repairmen through the years but in all honesty I have not encountered anyone as professional, personable, and pleasant as Hector. He completed the install quickly, provided us with new keys, reviewed what he had done, and encouraged us to call if needed. Hector is the kind of representative of Window Works that makes it easy to refer my family and friends to your company--please give him a raise!

Smoothly and very satisfied with end result

Purchased a sliding patio door from Window Works. Door needed a little tweaking. Our technician Dave was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very customer service oriented. Follow up from Warranty Specialist Dionna was on point. Highly recommend them!

Did not hire. They contacted me in lightning speed. I explained that we want new doors. The person on the phone asked if we also needed windows and siding. I repeated that we are interested in doors...only. We scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to measure and give an estimate on a Monday. They kept texting me over the weekend saying it was important to speak with me about the appointment. I texted back that I was out of town and not available. They said they wanted to confirm. I said, "Consider it confirmed. We'll be there." They continued to text that they needed to speak to me about that appointment and that if I did not call by 8pm Sunday we would need to reschedule. I said, "Fine, let's reschedule. I'll call you." On Monday morning they called again about our "appointment" that afternoon. I said, "I thought we no longer have an appointment." They said, "Oh, but we can still have a person in your area come meet with you." So, what was so urgent that that they needed me to call? They never said. We cancelled. We called another company who LISTENED when we said what we wanted to do. They made an appointment and arrived on the specified day without needing to hound us, but sent a nice reminder text. The person was thorough and polite. While explaining options, he applied NO PRESSURE whatsoever to do something other than what we wanted. He left applying NO PRESSURE to make a decision. HIRED! It's been great working with them so far!

Salesman from window works came out , measured windows . Told us about low e , argon gas . Very informative . He showed us the vinyl they use in a vial versus the competitor vinyl . He came out with a heat lamp test showing heat loss from there window versus competitor & clear glass. He brought a demonstration window . The 90 minutes stated meeting turned out to be 2 1/2 hours. I did tell him very early that we were seeking other estimates and a decision will be made in about 2 weeks. He crunched the numbers and came up with $72498 but there is no finance charges if we pay total sum in one year. I said thanks , we will get other estimates and get back to you. He then started crunching more numbers on his calculator and lowered the price to $54428 , once again I said thanks . He then presented us with this BOGO certificate (Buy One Get One ) ...He lowered price to $36357 . He wanted us to sign a contract now and said he could go to $34000 but this offer was only good today. We declined . The other estimates where significantly lower . We just signed a contract for $24945 . We saved a good chunk of change . My advice is get several estimates and read reviews .. I will review the window contractor we hired after windows installed in 6 to 8 weeks.

To me, the most valuable asset of any company is the company’s employees. And as good employees we are the driving force of our company, driving forward our business and serving our customers well. My experience with WindowWorks people is that they strive to make their company as good as it is bringing in repeat customers as well as new ones. Michele Ortega my personal Customer Care Specialist, I feel is very friendly and professional and was helpful in getting my new WindowWorks windows installed and serviced. Whenever I had a concern or would need help with window adjustments she would always responded to my text messages and telephone calls within a reasonable time even setting up Saturday service for my convenience. My thanks go out to Michele for her customer care services and to WindowWorks for its quality windows.

We could not be happier with the service! 5 of our 10 windows would not come out for cleaning after installation and the problem was promptly resolved! Michele Ortega was my contact and handled every request promptly and professionally. We will use Window Works again in the future if the need arises!
