The salesman left me very optimistic and I felt comfortable. Until the work was completed. I had seven windows installed and all but one had damage and dirt on the wall. The living room had severe damage to the window surrounding. The bedroom and loft windows had hand prints and boot prints on the wall. Also scraped the paint off in the bedroom. I had asked prior to the install if I would need to re paint. I was assured " with our 20 plus years of experience that won't be necessary." Well. Obviously was. After four weeks of calling the service supervisor basically said it was my fault.

The whole process was painless. Everything was done as they said. My windows were installed quickly and professionally.

Great sales presentation, really informative and sales rep was able to answer all questions thoroughly. Great phone followup when association approval paperwork had a snafu, issue was quickly resolved. Installation crew fast and efficient, did a great job cleaning up. I am thrilled with my new windows, could not be happier.
