Door jamb and sidelights still leak. Could see sunlight from inside coming through gaps. The same gaps that rain water enters. Had their manager/inspector look at it and both time they gave me the runaround about it not being the product or installation. Fast forward. I clear caulked and clear flex-sealed the gaps. Big surprise.....no more leaks. Oh yea, salesmen are pushy and product is over priced. The one good thing I can say is, haggle with them. They dropped the price by 45%.

Workers did a poor install. It took a second team to come out to fix some issues. The installers used a saw on my new concrete and cut into it. Still waiting on when Window Works will repair the damage.

Run of the mill hard sales. They also charge a lot of money for something that?s good but not that great for the price. We also had a very lazy installation and we had to call them back numerous times and sometimes they didn?t fix the issue and we?d have to call back. No compensation of any sort was offered after having numerous issues. However One of their techs that we got to become well acquainted with because he came out to service our door multiple times was very informative, personable and professional.

On July 15, 2021. I called to schedule a consultation with window works and a guy came out asap. I was excited about that and even more excited about the presentation that the guy put on to get us to purchase the windows service. I was told that a guy would be out in a few days to measure the windows. I received a call later in the day informing me that the guy would not be able to come out until the 23rd. which was ok. When the 22nd came I received a text message informing me that window works would be out between 8-10 am on the 23rd. On the 23rd no one showed up and I received a called from window works informing me that they would have to reschedule. Upset but understanding I asked what date did they have available they informed me that they had the following week but I would be out of town so I asked about the week after so they scheduled me on the 4th of August. On August 3rd I received a text message reminding that someone would be out on the 4th between 8-10 am. On the 4th I received a text message at 8:36am informing me that the measuring tech called off and was not feeling well so they would have to reschedule. I asked to cancel and for a refund but they begged me to reconsider and to please just bare with them and they they would make up for the inconvenience. I said ok and window works scheduled another date which was the 7th of August. Between 12:30 and 2:30 pm. When the date came the guy did not show up until after 4:30 and I had left. My fiance was home but she did not allow the guy to come in because it was a guy and she did not feel comfortable without me being home which I understood. We set another date and the guy came out and measured the windows and everything was fine. I thought. Window works have me a install date for the 2nd of October but on the 13th of September I received a text message informing me that the date would have to be pushed back until between the 18th-22nd of October. I received another call from window works after that informing me that the installation date would have to be changed again to the 27th of October. I said ok fine. Now today the 15th of October 2021 I receive a call from window works informing me that they would not be able to come out on the 27th of October and that they would have to let me know when they would be able to set another installation date within two weeks. I asked for a refund and they threw the contract in my face. Well it seems as they they are ripping people off and are not an honest business. They force us to keep their service or lose money because they are not organized. I would like a full refund which I believe I should be entitled to.

Every aspect of the installation went very well. Mr. Futterer , who came to our house was very nice, knowledgeable and sincere. We wanted to replace two exterior doors. He presented a very good product. We negotiated a good price. A few days later, a measuring technician arrived finalizing measurements. He was very nice. A few days later Michele, from Window Works, phoned to confirm all information, the product we selected, and the measurements. Two installers arrived 3 weeks after we signed the contract. This was sooner than we expected. The two gentlemen worked very hard, and diligently. They answered our questions, and did an excellent job. The two new doors look very nice. They fit square and tight. We are very happy with Window Works, the two doors we purchased, and the staff.

Doors are expensive but worth every nickel!!

From start to finish it was a pleasure having our14 new windows and patio door installed by Window Works. We just had them installed so it's a little early to comment on how the windows will do over the winter.
