Very professional, the crew did an outstanding job. Love the financing options and the pricing. The windows are great, if anything was wrong it was fixed right away, loving the lifetime warranty. Would recommend this company.

The salesman who originally came out was GREAT! However, installation was a different story. The didn't tarp off the door as some of the other "big boys" do so my heat was overcompensating throughout my house. Not too mention, when they used the saw, the dust/smells filled my house which isn't ideal because I have 3 kids 2 and under. During inspecting of the finished project, the seams of the door were left unfinished and gaps between the frame and wall which I understand happens due to warping etc, but they did not want to caulk it because they claimed they "never do" and didn't even have a white interior caulk to finish it off so after insisting, they used a dark tan caulk and didn't care to finish it properly, which in my opinion for the INSANE price you pay, they should. They were very friendly but once I gave them payment, they were really not very willing to help fix the issue. As I ran my finger over the edge to show them the unfinished edges, I got fiberglass in the pad of my finger - what if one of my kids did that? For the price, it should've been perfect and it wasn't. We now have to spend extra time sanding, caulking, and painting after we shelled out thousands on the door and installation. Friendly people but not worth the money...

He was really unprepared and unprofessional. He wasn't guaranteeing me the quality, he just wanted to take my money and get me to sign a contract.

Very quick and efficient. They do tend to put pressure on you for the deals they give, they are usually time bound. Overall, liked their work. Even though there was some communication issue between the estimators and the crew which came to do the job they worked quickly to resolve it,

Who knew replacement windows were so expensive? However, Window Works did the job expertly and on time. They look great and the workmen did their job just as they said.

What a process. Buying windows was very stressful. Garret was a nice guy and got me to buy more windows that I wanted but boy do they look good. I went ahead and order the rest of them. Vincent and his crew were very professional. I am happy but poor from the experience.

Overall quality product and install.

The installers were here on time. They made sure all was clean before they left. I was very happy.

They came out and not only cleaned the windows, they cleaned my gutters too! Thanks!

The people in the office were very easy to work with. I have two complaints. Our install date was changed 3 times . I know that with weather, etc. it happens but we had other work planned so we had to keep changing those plans. My only other complaint was that the workmen didn't speak English and I had to get their supervisor to come for clarifications of the plan. Overall I'd recommend them. When we had an issue, they came out and took care of it same day. They are very hard workers!

Hired them to install a front door. They gave the best price and having used them recently to install French patio doors, they do exceptionally good work and service. I'm waiting for the installation upon completion of the door. They have been great about notifying its progress. I'm sure they'll do the same good work as with the French patio doors. Top-notch company.

They did a Great Job!!!!!

Both my wife and I are very happy with our new French patio doors. Everything promised was honored, service was excellent. The price was higher than a Home Depot or Lowes, however, the quality of the doors and the quality of two very personable and experienced installers made the cost well worth it. The installers took out the old and put in the new in about two hours and cleaned up everything when they were done. The sales person explained everything and knew what he was doing so mistakes were avoided. Will use again.

They were very honest and did good work

My dismay with the company all comes down to our salesman. I simply showed him a picture of the exterior door I wanted from a different company's catalog and he told me he would be able to get what I wanted. I didn't even see a catalog of his or anything. On the day of install, (2 months later) I saw the door being placed on and it was the WRONG door. Completely wrong color and style (it's a nice door but completely off from what I ordered). I did however, like the workmanship of my installer and he assured me it would be an easy fix if I wanted a different style but same color (which I could deal with). I called my salesman who had left two months ago.. and multiple people told me that there was nothing they could do since I had signed off on it... How am I supposed to know what the model number on my form means without a catalog? Isn't that my salesman's job? I finally got a call from Letha from WindowWorks - super helpful and understanding of the situation. She sent out the sales manager Rob - very nice and accommodating. However, it turns out, I would not be able to receive the door I really wanted because only specific doors fit in that frame. I was overall disappointed. There was nothing I liked or even anything close to the one I wanted so they had agreed to give me a small compensation for me keeping the original door. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing process and I'm still left with a door I never wanted just because it was one mans fault :( My advice would be to check EVERYTHING.
