The second storm door was an added bonus because he was able to fix the other issues more quickly than expected. We are very pleased with the work.

We were able to schedule the appointment for the estimate for Monday at 6, they cancelled the appointment a few minutes before messaging us that the person that was suppose to come and provide the estimate was no longer in the area. We rescheduled for the next day at 11am, the person showed up at 10am, however we were unavailable he said someone would come back later, but he didn't respond to any of our calls or messages and no one ever showed up.

Did a great job. Determined it was a short in the wiring behind the wall. Set it up to be safe until we can address it.

Good. They went over time limit but only charged us the rate we got on deal so was very happy about that.

Very nice and professional. I hired him thinking that painting was included in the price. After finding out painting was not included, the price was no longer reasonable. My basement floors had a dip in them. They didn't notice until AFTER they laid the flooring. The baseboards have huge gaps/uneven and the shoe molding is either cut too long or too short. Work in the bathroom needed to be redone and was not. There is a huge gap where the cabinet meets the wall that wasn't there originally. He did give a refund for work not completed.

Very well. I scheduled two hours with Rich to install a ventless range hood and to re-adjust a patio door that was not latching properly. Rich came at the scheduled time and completed the job in 1.5 hours. I certainly will use him for future projects.

Excellent work and prompt service! Richard is a great handyman, extremely helpful and very conscientious. He helped me out tremendously when I was in a high stress situation. Now that the house is on the market, he is my go-to guy to make any changes that my buyer might request. Because I live out of state, he offered to go in and do any other work that might be requested, which I fully trust him to do. I highly recommend him!!

Perfect. What a relief! Things I've been trying to get fixed for years Rich took care of in minutes. He was very knowledgeable about many areas (like electrical; he made a diagnosis about something unusual, that he couldn't fix and the electrician I hired later said he was spot on!). Price was reasonable. I will definitely hire again. I've already started a "To Do" list for him.

Very well. I had hired Rich for 4 hours with only the 1 storm door, light, and doorknob slated, but he found time to do the additional storm door within the 4 hours. Everything was done well.

My project was for the replacement of baseboards in the basement, where there also was some drywall patching, ceiling tile replacements and rehanging of bifold doors. My overall experience was awesome!!! The handymen arrived ahead of schedule; promptness greatly appreciated! I used him on a previous project and as always, job well done by Rich and his crew! They were highly professional and knowledgeable about the job performed. Diligently worked without taking a break until work was complete. The worker observed flaws with previous work I had done and offered recommendations to resolve the issue. I am absolutely pleased with the results; 1. work performed on baseboards was better than previously done 2. handyman informed me of extra material needed for purchase 3. continued working while I ran back and forth to the store. I would definitely hire again and plan to hire again, even if I have to wait a minute for an appointment. I highly recommend "To Your Door Handyman" services to others!!!!
