He was prompt, kept me updated on his progress and let me know if he needed to do something different or required a different part before he did. His rates were fair, he did a great job on all my jobs and he cleaned up when he was finished. He completed all the projects for @ 1/2 of the estimate I received from another handyman service for just the shower door. I would certainly recommend and use for other projects.

Richard is extremely competent and fairly priced. He weather stripped two doors, changed two dimmer switches and adjusted my kitchen cabinet doors in less than 2.5 hours. All of his work was done in a professional manner. Also importantly, when I asked him if he would lay ceramic tile, he said no; but he could refer me to a qualified person. This is important because he won't take on a job that is beyond his comfort level. That, to me, goes a long way toward earning my trust.

Rich was right on time, he did some plumbing which wasn't an easy job because of rusted attachments to the wall in the laundry room but he was patient and got it worked out. He also did painting and installed some trim on the bottom of the wall and installed a stationary tub. He also had to run out for materials. I find Rich to be trustworthy easy to deal with and cleaned up the area when he was finished with the job. I would hire him again to do work at my residence

Everything went great. Rich had the old broken fan removed and the new one installed quickly, and the new one is working perfectly. He even retrofitted the old remote control receiver into the new fan so it could be remote controlled even though it did not come with that ability.

GREAT! Rich just left my condo about an hour ago. He returned my original call to him very promptly. He set a time/date to do the work within 48 hours of the day of my first call. When he arrived, he reviewed the list I had prepared. We did a "walk-through " together and he was very up front about what he could do and provided recommendations on the items that were not in his scope of work. He completed the entire list in less than 2 hours and it was done expertly and efficiently. He was also very personable, pleasant and service oriented. Would definitely recommend and will hire again.

The handyman did not show up at all the first time this job was scheduled. They made up for this by rescheduling as quickly as possible and offering a fair discount to make up for their mistake. The work that was done looked great and was completed quickly.

It went great. Rich is punctual and a real pro. He does a great job at clean up to (both things he did for me can be messy, but it all was tidy when Rich was done).
