I did not receive the first email he sent me and he was here on Monday - was not ready for him so he gladly came back on Thursday and was able to complete all. Very nice and helpful.

The handyman showed up on time and provided outstanding service in both replacing the mailbox/post as well as in replacing the bathroom ceiling fan/light. Could not be more pleased. We will use the same person for a future job we have planned, as well. Competent, friendly and professional service.

It went great! Richard had an emergency the day of schedule, but he informed me of the situation and came over the very next day. He arrived promptly and began immediately. He was friendly and very communicative. Unexpectedly, I had to make room for the second shelf and Richard continued with his work, while this was being done without any complaints. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism. I plan to use his services again and would recommend him to others!

We just came home from vacation to discover our battery backup sump pump was burnt-out. With severe storms forecast throughout the next few days I called "To Your Door Handyman." He was able to get to me just as the rains were starting. The pump was replaced and up & running within a few hours. I live in an area that floods regularly, TYD Handyman recognize the urgency of the situation and responded accordingly.

I needed additional electrical outlets in the house. Two of them were added to the loft. The job was done professionally and quickly. The wiring was enclosed and I have very happy with the work done. Clean up was very well done (in fact, I think some of MY mess was cleaned up in the process!). The third outlet was to be placed in the living room. The access to the area was through a crawl space and under some stairs. I was amazed and how the work was done in such and inconvenient, cramped work space. This job was completed very quickly also. In the past, we have also had electricity connected to the corn crib. Original electricity connection was lost in a storm and the crib is used as a work shop. The new connection is underground, so there was a lot of work due to tree roots (we have a LOT of trees) and the clay soil. This job was done very well and we were contacted several time to be sure we were satisfied - which we were. Our initial contact with Rich was to have a tree removed. We were happy with the work (the wood was even cut up for our fireplace use.).

Rich did an excellent job. He was able to work around obstacles that made the wiring a bit challenging.
