Smudge Free Cleaning Service

The service went fine. I had to have them come back to do the front half of the house. I did not appreciate having to re schedule another visit when they should have done everything the first time. I paid an additional fee for them to clean skylights. Two technicians came out and were working for about 6 hours the first visit. The second time they came out they spent a couple hours on the front of the house. They did a good job with cleaning the windows and pressure washing. I had no problem contacting both times and getting them scheduled out for both visits. I feel like the pricing is the same whether or not I would have used a deal.

Did a good job but missed a few spots at the edges. They offered a special anti-algae additive. Overall I was pleased and would use again. Price was good.

It went okay. The end result wasn't what I was expecting with the powerwash since it didnt look any different. What I was most disappointed about was the mess that was left behind. I had to step out and when I came back they were gone and left the back patio filled with debris and leaves from the gutters--all over the back patio. One of of the guys also said tips are definitely accepted with not the best of tone.

Excellent service and communication. I live 400 miles from the property that needed work. Some contractors make that very difficult - Smudge Free made it easy. The power washing job turned out great and the deck staining a week later was completed with care. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout the process. The prices we paid were well below other quotes. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed.

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. They also cleaned the inside of the windows. Two technicians came out. We ended up having to leave while they did the service. When I returned home they did have their ladders in the driveway. They were happy to move them once we addressed the issue.

They came two hours early and did not do a good job.

The 2 men who came were very professional and did a great job. When they finished washing the house and windows they asked me to come out and take a look to see if I seen anything more that needed to be done or anything the missed. They did a great job and would use them again in the future.

This is the first time I purchased a deal from Angie's list and I am very happy with how it all went. Javis from Smudge Free responded right away after my purchase and we were able to schedule a date for the work to be done within a reasonable time after the purchase. I also added power washing my front porch deck and rails for an additional $100.00. On the day of the appointment they were on time and were there for several hours doing the work. The house looks spectacular!!! I'm really happy with how the siding turned out. It cleaned up really nice. The windows look good too. There were a few that I asked them to do again and they did them again with no problems. The only thing I'm not completely happy about is I wish the fascia above the porch turned out better. I know they worked on it for a long time and the dirt just kept coming out so it might be an impossible task. We talked about it and Javis gave me a few ideas so when I have time I will have to try them. All in all I am very happy with the results and would definately use them and Angie's List again. Thank you Javis for your professionalism and hard work I hope your worker didn't get poison ivy :(

The work was done after a couple of reschedulings...nothing that inconvenienced me, as I didn't even have to be there for them to complete it. It went off without a hitch and the house looked great afterwards. He didn't even ruffle the flowers growing along side the building which had been a concern of mine. I couldn't be more pleased! I will definitely hire them again!

Before the worker started, the owner came and looked over our house and garage and oversaw the job at the beginning. The job went well and we are happy with the result. We would recommend them in the future.

It took the owner about three days to return my call, but he gave me a quote over the phone and was able to schedule the work quickly. On the appointed day he showed up early to look over the job and even though it turned out to be more work to clean my windows than he originally thought; he held to his quoted price. His work at cleaning the exterior of the house and patio was excellent, Grade A work. It was a cloudy day and late in the afternoon when he was cleaning the windows. He had to remove each window to clean them, which is not the usual way he does the job. I believe this is the reason that the windows didn't get as perfectly clean as I would have liked. Keeping in mind that I did not notice this until the next real sunny day. I'm sure if I would have noticed this while he was still here, he would have made it right. This is the only reason for the B grade. Overall I'm satisfied with the experience and would hire him again.

I am very please with the quality of all work done. My house looks great! They were careful of my shrubs and outdoor furniture. I would use Smudge Free Windows and Cleaning in the future.

It went well, the young man arrived on time and got to work. The house was pretty dirty, but he did a good job. My house is cleaner outside then when I bought it. I am very happy with the service I received.

They did an awesome job. I didn't realize how dirty the outside of my house was until I they were done. It looks like it did immediately after painting, they got it so clean. I would have them again anytime and would definitely recommend them. Very nice people. Hard workers, who cleaned up after they were done. It was a chore I'm grateful for them doing.

The service was completed, and it was a good job. The only frustration was that it took several emails and changes in appointment times. I understand that things change, but I had only purchased the Angie's List deal because the company said I could have an appointment prior to an event at the house. Then a few weeks later, they asked to change to date to much later after the event. It took a lot of back-and-forth to finally get service before the event. Overall, the service was done and was decent quality.

Future is maybe - due to damage to 2 screens when they performed service. I'm still waiting to hear from them for screen repairs. I still gave them an A overall as that would be the grade without the damage. More later.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They also offered additional screen cleaning, which I had them do, so there was an extra charge of about $100. They brought several guys with them and were fairly quick and nice.

They came and power washed the outside of my house, including the windows. It looked wonderful when they were finished! My cats thought we were in a big car wash during the time they were here, but WOW! What a great job! I highly recommend Smudge Free!

It went fantastic. The house looks so clean............just like having it painted and the windows are spotless. The 2 men were very courteous and I will use them again.

They were excellent at communicating with regards to scheduling. They arrived on time. We just moved into our house and I don't think the previous owners ever cleaned the siding or windows, So needless to say our house was beyond filthy. This didn't deter the workers. They worked continually for over 5 hours on the job even when it started getting dark. They were very friendly and polite. I just had my floors cleaned and they made sure to take off their shoes. When they were done, the siding looked completely different. Amazing. The windows were even better. They honestly look brand new. Every person that has come to our home since has commented on how clean they look. No joke. We now realize that we need window treatments because they are so clean. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any cleaning needs.
