The service went very well. One technician came out for the job and completed the service within the 3 hour time frame. He was a very a efficient and quick worker. He worked on several spots in the kitchen, hallway and upstairs. He also primed the drywall. He did a nice job on the repairs and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I called the vendor to make an appointment for an estimate on repairing drywall and replacing the baseboard in a bedroom. He agreed to a date and time, but called back later that day to rebook because he lost the paper he wrote the appointment on. Can happen to anyone, no big deal. The day of the appointment, he left voice mail asking to push it back because he was running late. When I returned his call, he had no idea who I was and why I was calling him. Once we cleared that up, we agreed upon a new time later in the day. Then he called again to say he could not make it, and could he come tomorrow? We agreed on a new time the following morning at 9. When he had not showed up by 10am, I called him to ask where he was. He once again had no idea of who I was and what I wanted, and could not find my address or work request in his notes. I then said to forget it and ended the call. Until he learns to keep a calendar or gets a secretary, I would avoid calling this man.

My basement ceiling was awful. It was a drop ceiling and some tiles were missing and others were badly stained due to a water leak that the previous owner never had fixed. The ceiling was lower than usual because the basement has a lovely hardwood floor correctly installed over a plywood subfloor. Additionally, there were too many can lights and they were located in odd places. The basement was not a place anyone wanted to spend time. I needed it be a welcoming space because the view is great and it is a walk-out. Salvador and his team did a great job. It is absolutely lovely. It is now a great gathering place. It was all done in 4.5 days and that includes paint and drywall repair. Would absolutely use them again. Very, very prompt and did a fantastic job

Salvador did an excellent job in my basement and I have been extremely happy with the quality of his work, punctuality and reasonableness of his quote. His people were professional, worked very hard, with minimal disruption to us, honest and did an excellent job. I was initially worried because he had only two or three reviews on AL, but when I first met Salvador I liked him and he also made me aware that although he was newer to Angie's List, he had several reviews on another site. When I checked the other site, which had over 50 reviews which were all positive, and after comparing his quote to two other providers, I chose Salvadore. He kept his word on the start date of the project, completed it on time, transported the needed material at no extra cost, was reasonable when I requested a couple of additional items (like the large wooden shelf he installed) and his men also moved two large items ( refrigerator from my main floor and my cross trainer equipment from the second floor) to the basement at no extra cost (I gave the men a tip for a job well done). His men also cleaned up the basement after his job. I am thinking of painting my entire home and I will strongly consider to hire Salvadore after I get quoted from two other providers.

Their work was excellent. You cannot tell that there was any drywall damage previously. Everything looks fantastic. It was a difficult job, but when he said everything was fixable, he meant it. His workers were on time, friendly, very competent and also cleaned up very well after the job was done. They also protected all of our hardware floors from the front door all the way to the kitchen, which is where we needed them to complete the work! We will be using them again without question. My family has already stopped by and asked for their information to use them on some projects as well. I am pretty sure they can handle anything!

We bought a home that needed a lot of renovation after 5 years of renters. Salvador and his crew completely tore out the old tile in our kitchen and laundry room, and re-tiled the entire 700 sq. foot area with porcelain tile. It was a huge job, our floors were very uneven, and they took their time and did an amazing job. They also tore out the tile in two extremely large showers, and retiled both showers with travertine, glass mosaics and marble. They built a seat bench in out master shower. Again, beautiful work. We then decided to have them do some exterior painting, which turned out great. Finally, they painted our dining room (including putting a new plaster ceiling in), nursery, and some other areas of our house that had drywall damage. I am extremely picky about painting, and this is the first time I have allowed a company to paint the interior of my house. There were accent walls in each room they painted, and I was very happy with the straight lines at the angles between colors. Overall, the crews were friendly and accommodating, the work was fantastic, and we have already recommended Salvador to several friends.

The entire experience went well. They were courteous, cleanly and professional. We are pleased with the outcome and would use them again.

A crew of 3-4 worked for 2-3 days total (rain was an issue on certain days). The crew did an amazing job of workmanship replacing certain pieces of trim that had deteriorated. Their painting was extremely professional. They protected all surfaces and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I was very pleased with the finished product. I will most definitely use them in the future!
