My husband and I can not say enough good things about Salvador and his team’s high quality workmanship. High Quality Painting does far more than painting and we hired them to renovate and expand our kitchen and relocate our bathroom. My wife and I are an interior designer and architect, respectively, and drew up the design ourselves, which included some high-end finishes. Salvador made several recommendations that we followed to improve the design. His team was polite and worked 8am-5pm, six days a week, until the work was complete. Any home renovation is going to be painful for the residents, but Salvador and his team reduced our discomfort and anxiety with good communications and effective dust control measures. His costs were fair and well-documented and he worked to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even had his team make improvements to our HVAC (that we had not asked for) to improve the air flow in the home. We had one call back for a correction, which Salvador promptly fixed. My wife and I highly recommend Salvador and his team and would definitely hire them again.

First I asked Salvador Garcia with High Quality Painting LLC to paint our laundry room and the living room. His sons Luis and Emilio were so reliable and did such a perfectionist job, showing up every day on time, that I asked them to do the remodel of our main bathroom. We are so pleased with the attention to detail and careful work they did with the tile and floors, bathroom fixtures etc. They came for 12 days straight, which I so appreciated since we only had a 1/2 bath besides the one they were working on! We replaced everything in the bathroom and it's now the best room in the house! I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, high standards and reliability.

The painters were professional, on time, and respectful! They painted the entire interior including the closets, and followed directions to the letter! They also installed 6 can lights (12 total) in 2 rooms. They left ABSOLUTELY NO MESS behind, and they reinstalled shelving that they took down. I would highly recommend them, their work is impeccable. We plan to do a bathroom remodel soon, and will hire this company to do the work.

Salvador and his crew where exactly what you WISH for in a contractor. We had a tight schedule and his team worked within our timeframe and were on time everyday as promised. They kept the jobsite clean before leaving each day and resolved obstacles that occurred during the project. We had a noise concern with other tenants and Salvador adjusted the installation method to GREATLY reduce noise and stay on our cost constraints'. Simply AMAZING team to work with.

I got 5 quotes for my project. Price wise they were the middle of the pack. Even though I could've gone with a less expensive contractor, I chose Salvador because of the way he explained my options and I appreciated his friendliness. As for the result, everything went great. Salvador's sons (Luis and Emelio) were the workers on the job. Very quick, polite and thorough. When the job was done and it came time to clean up, they actually cleaned up better than my wife. Solid experience and would definitely use again.

This past spring in the bad rainstorms, we had some water seepage damage our carpet and drywall. I got some estimates from a few companies and went with High Quality Painting. We wanted to renovate our family room that had a terrible drop ceiling with florescent lighting. They were able to add a full drywall ceiling with can lighting as well as replace the carpet with some vinyl flooring, fix the drywall and repaint the walls. The job they did was outstanding. Their workers were meticulous, careful and considerate of your home and made sure to clean up their mess everyday. We were so happy with the work, when we had to do some bathroom work this November, we called Salvador and his crew again to redo our main bathroom and the work done with the tiling was stunning! We had a different crew, but the results were the same with their attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for more work in the future.

OMG! I couldn’t be happier with the results! We wanted to update our kitchen and told Mr. Garcia what we envisioned and what our price mark was and he gave us many options. He suggested an open floor plan to add value to our home. They knocked down the kitchen walls, installed hardwood flooring throughout the entire level, added grand crown molding and a beautiful island. I can’t wait to cook in my kitchen now...we also had them update our bathroom floors. Everything came out beautifully! We will be hiring them again to do our lower level next year!

It went extremely well. The crew doing the work was professional and friendly. The owner was there frequently overseeing the work and always answered questions I had He wanted to make sure I was happy with the work being done.

They were on time, very friendly, explained the work they were doing and when they were finished went over everything with me in great detail. Wonderful to work with. We will be hiring them again this spring. My basement is beautiful now.

I called Salvador out to repair damage to my bathroom left from another contractor. I'm beyond elated and happy with the repair work. His workers showed up on time each day. They covered my stairs to prevent dirt and damage. Each day they were at my home, they took away all garbage which saved me from having it sit around to garbage pickup. I'm so happy with his work, I've contacted him to do a total demolition of my master bathroom. His rates are fair and reseasonsble.

We have used High Quality Painting for several projects and they have done an excellent job every time. We are extremely pleased with the effort and care Salvador and the team put into each project. They make sure we are satisfied and for a fair price. My family and I will use High Quality Painting for all our house projects.

I can't say enough about these guys and wish I hadn't lost their contact information for a time. About 8 years ago, I had Sal and his guys do the finish work on my basement drywall that I hung. They also hung some drywall in the stairway going to the basement. Initially, they hung the soffit incorrectly but it was just a communication issue. I called Sal, he took a look and they came back and re-did it right away without hesitation. Their work has lasted this long without any problems. I started another remodeling project in my family room and needed a ceiling hung and finished, along with finishing some walls I had hung. Unfortunately, I had lost the contact information for Sal so I had to find another company. Long story short, this other company did an absolutely terrible job (Do not use NoticeTMA LLC for any drywall!). The family room adjoins the kitchen, and I had taken a wall down between them. I decided to carry the remodel over into the kitchen, and when it was time to hang the ceiling in the kitchen, I had found the old invoice from High Quality Painting and decided to see if they were still around. I am glad I did. Sal's son's came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen ceiling and also to repair the bad work in my family room. I decided to remove the new ceiling in the family room and have them do the whole thing. Their price was very competitive and everything turned out great. The old job didn't last 4 days without cracking. Luis' job has been up for a month now and there are no issues (and I am a very picky customer). I would highly recommend them for drywall hanging, finishing and repair.

The estimate was a one liner which if approved the completion of the work could not have been agreed to by either side. Compared to the winning vendor the proposals were like night and day. Since I did not hire them, I only gave a D rating.

Wellington did an outstanding job on our home. I would give him a higher rating if it were possible. He did a two day job in one day just to meet our dead line. He is super professional. I called over 8 painters and Wellington have the most responsible price and even gave us a better rate then that. He will always be our number one painter. He pays attention to detail and pairing spots that needed to be painted that we didn’t mention. Wellington is A1!

They very very punctual, professional, and did a fantastic job. Quality of work was superb and you cannot tell at all where they repaired drywall due to leaks and water lines that had to be replaced. I will be using them again when i replace the floor in my kitchen next year.

This group did a great job. They were professional and punctual. The rooms are exactly as I planned and look great. I used them four years ago to do some drywall repair and painting after a flood and I wanted them back for this job.
