I have been using them for eight years.

Techs arrived on the early side and explained to me that they would be complete with the installation in 4 to 5 hours. They were quiet, clean, and were finished in 3 1/2 hours. The system now works well and they will definitely be back in the fall for my furnace clean and check.

The owner responded promptly to our many email questions until we felt sure we were getting the product that was right for us. The work crew arrived on time, completed all work within one working day. Cleaned up after the job very well. The owner worked along side his crew throughout the day. Promptly came back to repair an old solder weld that leaked after the installation.

We had Duall out when our old air conditioner died and they promptly repaired it. When it stopped working a week or so later, they came back out and told us that it had seized up and was no longer repairable. It was old, so no big deal. They offered to replace it and put the cost of the original repair towards the replacement. I was quite happy about this. They replaced it and everything was great. A few days later I noticed cold air wasn't coming out of the grates, and looked inside the furnace through the humidifier hole to find a solid block of ice. I called them up and they came out immediately (relatively later at night) and took care of it at no charge. Since then we've had no issues and have had them out for maintenance and things have been great.

We've been using DuAll for several years for our HVAC annual maintenance / tune-ups and have had no issues with our units as a result. They also installed a water heater for us last year. They are reasonably priced and we are glad to be able to support a small, local, family owned business.

I called DuAll around mid-day to request service for the above-mentioned problem. Donna, the office manager, had my file at hand from previous service calls, and advised that they would have one of their service techs respond within an hour's time (An hour, not days!!). True to their word, Larry Jr., their tech, arrived within an hour & set about diagnosing what was wrong with my electric water heater. It turned out that the water heater was fine; my problem was caused by a failed circuit breaker on the water heater power line. The breaker was extremely hot when Larry pulled it out of the breaker box & I can only speculate that that heat may have caused fire if it had been left without attention. Even though Larry is not an electrician by trade, he took it upon himself to drive to a nearby electrical supplier, procure a new breaker & then installed it within a very short period of time. The total service call took little more than an hour! Since the service call (5 days later), the new breaker has remained cool to the touch & my water heater is producing hot water in abundance once again. I give DuAll and Larry Jr. high marks for their excellent responsiveness & willingness to do whatever was necessary to correct the problem. They will get my call the next time my furnace or water heater have a problem.

Very impressed with the prompt service. I called on Friday morning and the tech came out within an hour. He diagnosed my non functioning furnace humidifier and found that the control unit wasn't working properly. He went out to his supplier and had the replacement parts that afternoon. Everything was fixed an working the same day! Additionally the price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Great and honest contractor. I needed this done for a home inspection, the inspector gave me details on a deal that allowed for a small discount if you have this done during the seasonal changes. I ended up having both of them done at the same time, but they still gave me the discount. The company did a follow-up and was very responsive and prompt. Very pleased.

It went ok. I had general questions about the coil. I was not confident that the tech knew the answers. They gave me a window of time they would come and they came at the earliest time.

Larry & his crew did a fantastic job. Everything went according to plan. Very neat and courteous. I received many quotes and DuAll's price was in the lower third. I wanted to support a local family-owned business and I am glad I did. Very professional from the bid and install to the paperwork and pre-filled rebate forms. Larry was terrific! He was a great communicator when trying to get my business. I had originally decided to with a different company, but Larry continued to try to meet or beat their price. It wasn't just about getting my business, but he also had my genuine interest in mind. Even after I told him we were going with the other company he gave me questions to ask them because what they were offering just didn't seem right. In the end, he was correct and really earned my business. He ended up coming in with a quote for less money as well. On the day of install, Larry and his crew showed up right on time and got to work right away. They were very professional throughout the entire install and were able to complete the job in time that I was told. Even after a few setbacks, they continued to troubleshoot my existing equipment even though they easily could have charged me extra since they didn't install it. In the end, I received exactly what we paid for from a local guy that I completely trust. I highly recommend Duall and will definitely continue to use them for my hvac needs.

Showed up on time, responded within two hours of being called, worked quickly to restore heat, very professional, didn't try to perform any additional work to increase bill. Will use again when having heating/AC problems. Would highly recommend.

We have work with DuAll H&C for several years. They are prompt, efficient, very pleasant, explain everything in detail and their prices are usually more than competitive. Last Spring the air conditioner ceased to cool the house. Called Larry (his wife Donna handles the calls) and asked for a check out. Discovered no freon although we had opted for a "fill-up" previous Spring with a special coolant that contains "stop-leak" properties. That worked for the Summer of 2012. It was evident the leaks had multiplied and a replacement unit was in order. They came back within two days, installed the new unit and coil in the furnace. Larry moved our dehumidifer on the furnace to improve access and facilitate better draining of the overflow. "Since they had to open up the flue anyway for the coil". (N/C) No call backs. No issues. No mess. The price they charged was less than that advertised on TV by a large HVAC contractor the next week.

First appointment had to be rescheduled due to overbooking. On the second appointment they realized that a part had to be ordered. For the third appointment they ordered the wrong part so had to reschedule the 3rd appointment after they realized the problem on appointment day. Replacement part was finally installed on the 4th scheduled appointment. The office assistant was always apologetic, whether about scheduling, parts and other problems. The actual repairman was non-verbal. I had to call the office to ask them to remind him to wear booties on my hardwood floors since there was snow on his shoes.

They quoted me the price and it was relatively a different job. They came out for the service within a couple of weeks of calling them. They did some work in the hall and in the outer panel and it was an easy job. They are great people and they did an efficient work. It was a small work. The price was reasonable. The other guys asked a lot of money. They come out very quickly. They are pretty good on professionalism.
