We have a tankless water heater and have had all the big guys come out to work on it over the past 11 years. We got a code 14 and a code 16 this time and our previous service recommended a whole new system. Then we were quoted $300+ just to come out and look at it by another company. We’ve been searching for a company that isn’t always looking for the upsell and isn’t so big that you see someone new every time. Duall is that company!! When we called, they were realistic about timeframes and have extremely fair pricing. I can’t express just how happy we are to have found them. Highly recommed!

When my previous furnace was inspected by another company, they recommended I get a new furnace, as well as A/C. Being a new homeowner for the very first time, I was expecting it to be naturally expensive, but after receiving their estimate, I was more than alarmed at the steep price! ikiThey told me I would need to be at home for 2 days' installation. When my coworker friend found out the price, she said "That is WAY too much!" and she immediately recommended DuAll Heating and Cooling, a mom and pop operation that she and her husband used for their home in Plainfield. They kept raving about Larry and his staff. When Larry came to inspect, his estimate was MUCH less (close to $2,000 less), and he and his crew installed both the furnace and A/C within one day! The furnace is working great, and I really felt like I was in good hands. Larry and his crew were professional and he was always available to answer any questions I had. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I have definitely learned from this experience that it helps to seek a second opinion! I will continue to work with DuAll Heating & Cooling in the future for any maintenance issues.

Larry Jr. Was great. Our furnace stopped working. I called and he was at my house in 3 hours. He needed a part and returned to complete the job. I really appreciated the text messages letting me know when he was arriving. Excellent professionalism and knowledge of our furnace. He installed it 11 years ago. DuAll Heating is the only company we use for HVAC issues. Thanks.

The team at DuAll was extremely professional and responsive. I went online late Saturday night requesting information and early Sunday afternoon I received a call which shocked me. They then worked with me to set up an in home evaluation within days. The owner Larry was incredibly helpful and provided a great deal of it naught for me to consider when selecting the most appropriate option for me and my family. This gave me a good deal of comfort as I trusted everything he shared with me. I did not feel as though he was just trying to sell me the most expensive equipment. His consultative approach to working with me made the decision to go with his firm one of the easiest decisions I have made for a purchase of this size. I would highly recommend DuAll to anyone.

This company is amazing! Starting with the lady who answers the phones. I had literally 4 different companies come and they all told me something different. I was frustrated that no one could tell exactly what was wrong. I had a water leak in the furnace, one told me that I had to replace everything and it would end up costing me $8000. Luckily I found Larry’s company. He was very professional when I talked to him on the phone and explained to him what a nightmare I had gone through, next day he came out told me exactly what was wrong with it, very honest guy. Great service as usual. I have been utilizing DuAll for over 10 years and have never been disappointed.

They first came out to address why our Ecobee smart thermostat was not working and the heater was blowing cold air. Our friends had their furnace replaced last year and referred DuAll. They came out and were able to get it running but warned that it was just a matter of time before the heat exchange unit went out again and tripped the safety shut off. With our furnace being nearly 20 years old, we decided it was time to replace it (and the AC). Larry sent us a proposal within 2 hours which was lower than several others we collected so we accepted it. They were coming out on Saturday to replace the equipment, but in the meantime our heat went off again on Friday. I called and Larry came out that afternoon, no charge, and got our heat going again. They finished in a reasonable time and there work was very professional. We will definitely be referring them to our families, friends and neighbors!

Excellent. Always helpful in scheduling an appointment and very professional service. Always answers my many questions. We purchased our furnace from them a few years ago when needed a new one and continue with the annual maintenance contract with them which includes a Spring maintenance for our air conditioner

Began using this service a few years ago, and have always been very satisfied with the work.......both in cost and completion! The response time is always prompt, and no matter which service person has come to do the work, I have never been dissatisfied. Larry and his crew are the best, and the maintenance plan offered by his company is great. I only wish he offered plumbing and electric work, too! I’d never call anyone else!!!

Our 20yr old furnace quit working Tuesday mid afternoon. I called Duall and spoke with Donna. They offered to come that evening due to the cold weather. Larry came and diagnosed the problem, bad motor and cracked wall. Even though it was after 6pm they were able to get a new furnace and start the replacement Wednesday morning at 7:30. Larry, Larry Sr and Francisco were friendly, professional and courteous to our home and family. Highly recommend them. Oh and they left us a goodie bag!

in both instances, the employees were very nice, prompt & courteous about not getting your house dirty (very slushy and cold on one occasion). Family owned and run and you can tell, they care. We've also had them put in full systems at my parents condo about 2 or 3 years ago. I have never felt like I was being taken. They fix what needs to be fixed and tell you what doesn't need to be fixed.This time it was Francisco and he wanted to make sure we didn't replace something that didn't need replacing, maybe just maintaining better. He was following up with the owner as well. I'm sold.

Francisco was great. He was on time and was very thorough. He explained with details what was wrong and what he needed to do, and when he was finished he went over it again and answered some questions I had as well on the thermostat. They will be my go to company if I ever have a problem again with my furnace or air conditioner.

DuAll has gone above and beyond expectations. Our A/c unit went out and the home warranty company we had fell through. After dealing with the warranty company for almost 2 weeks, we called DuAll for a second estimate. Larry came the next day (Friday...on time) gave a fair estimate and came on-time on Monday for the install. Very professional and polite!!!!
