Donna was great at being available to talk without leaving a message and answering her messages within minutes. She squeezed in some work early to expedite the job. Larry came out right away. He explained the problem, listed details and prices to repair or replace the furnace. He made it clear it was my choice to repair or replace the furnace. I already knew the furnace was really old and inefficient. He then gave me a quote on the spot. Comparing Larry to the past vendors makes me smile. Larry never assumed "the little lady of the house" didn't know what an A coil is. There was no back and forth about replacing an old but working equipment. I got information without pressure. I live in a small condo and each inch of storage is precious. He was so accommodating and considerate to my need to keep everything as tight and neat as possible I am now a customer for life. I am a frustratingly picky person but I have no complaints.

Very smoothly, though in truth not much needed doing at this time. Company had a very good, savvy, easy to use website and I put in our contact info and our request and within a couple of hours the rep, I think Donna, called me back and left a clear msg of available dates. I called back and confirmed one and got more info on the year contract maintenance savings plan. It was just a bit better of a deal than ones we've had in the past with two other area providers and worked for us, so I booked it. For the $165 we'll get our summer and fall maintenance service/check, a discount on any work that needs doing in that time (10% I believe), a priority spot in the service line if things break down (with, of course, anyone else who's got the contract, but still good), our wick for our April Aire humidifier in the fall. They will contact us in the fall about the fall service for the furnace and humidifier. ON THIS POINT, A SPECIAL NOTE: I really hope that DO contact us--this was a problem with All-Temp and 4 Seasons, the companies we used the past two years. Well, it's a small problem, but still: they did NOT contact us in a timely fashion for the service work, I had to be sure it was on my calendar and contact them. Now, to be fair, at first I thought some of that was us being too quick to want to book--I tend to get on the A/C maintenance in MAY and the heating system service in September or maybe October. I want to know well in advance and before calendars are all booked up what we're doing and when. Particularly since the weather is such a crap shoot these days. So, I hope these guys really are on it.

The install went good. He explained the reason to go with a manual as opposed to an automatic. I had a follow up question about the humidifer and they called back and answered concerns. Good experience.

Overall, it was a great experience.

We recently used this company for the first time and had a great experience. Our A/C stopped working on a holiday weekend, so we called Duall for repair. My husband called at around 9 am. They said they would have someone out before noon. Larry got to our house around 11 am, and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix our air conditioner within half an hour. We felt like it was a very honest and straightforward company. He did not try to talk us into getting new parts or anything like that, just told us it was a minor repair having to do with the wiring. The charges were very reasonable and we will be using Duall's services again in the future.

We appreciated that the technician explained exactly what he was doing and showed us how the part should work and why it needed to be replaced. He made sure that our A/C was working correctly before he left.

Everything went fine but when I looked later it had leaves in it that it had before and I'm thinking they should have cleaned that out. I know he did not take nearly as long as the man last year who serviced my air conditioner.

Very Prompt and Careful in their work.

My central air conditioning wasn't cooling properly and I needed someone to come out as soon as possible because we were in the midst of a heatwave and I am over 9 months pregnant. I called my home warranty company and several air conditioning companies and no one could either guarantee a reasonable time slot to come out same day or would charge a reasonable rate for the diagnostic. I called Duall and explained my situation and they said they could have someone come out within an hour and a half and their diagnostic fee was very reasonable. Larry Jr. came out on time, quickly determined what the issue was and quoted a price, agreed to call my home warranty company per my request so I could get reimbursed for the repair, quickly did the work, and gave me some good tips regarding maintenance. I am very appreciative that they got everything resolved quickly in a professional manner and at a reasonable price.

Upon doing my annual cleaning, Larry Jr. was able to tell that my a/c was not operating completely efficient. Instead of replacing the unit he was able to take apart my system and clean off the a/c coils. Now it's working great and keeping us very cool during this very hot time. We have been using DuAll for years and would recommend them to anyone.

I called and within the hour the owner was at my house to find and repair my furnace. It was the day we got 6 + inches of snow so I was really happy to see anyone that day let alone within the hour.
