I reached out Sunday morning and they were at the house a few hours later, earlier than promised. They went about fixing the apparent issue. When, over the course of Sunday night/Monday morning, the temps continued to fluctuate, they came back out for a free service call after hours. While we have some issues that require eventual replacement, they got it operating exactly as it should, buying us some much-needed time. Great guys!

I called and was asked about brand, model, model #, age and symptoms. I answered all questions and was given an appointment. The technician showed up late clearly in a hurry. He asked me the same questions as on the phone, and I answered them with identical responses. Without seeing the refrigerator, he went on telling me that I should go to Sears, as I still have warranty on the parts. Which turned out to be true. Then he proceeded to charge me $60 and left. The problem I have with this is that he could have given me this information on the phone, which would have saved him a trip, me $60 and I could have had a Sears technician in my house a day earlier. This all appeared to be a money-for-nothing with a taste of dishonesty. While I appreciate being referred to Sears where I was able to get the parts for free, I still think this could have been accomplished on the phone. That's why the rating for Professionalism, Quality, Price and Overall performance are so poor.

I had a water leak for the ice maker on my refrigerator. I called Alliance Repair and they came out that same afternoon and fixed the issue right away. The price was reasonable also. Thank you and would use them again.

Farhan’s repair people did a great job. They quickly determined that a pulley was defective. They had to order it, so came back in two days to install it. They totally cleaned out the dryer and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t be more pleased with how it went. They did a great job and I would recommend them without hesitation. The price was a little higher because I had them install a different vent system that I had purchased a couple of years before. They did a great job of that installation as well. I thought the price was very reasonable.

This process went very well. As a matter of fact, to try to help me out in this process, he tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone so I could potentially make the fix myself. He made an appointment to come out to see me, I believe the next day and quickly fixed my freezer. He found that it needed an inverter board, which he happened to have and was able to do the install. Very polite, quick, clean and yes, I would definitely use again (hopefully I won't have too though).

He listened to the dishwasher run for about 15 seconds and knew the problem instantly. He said it was calling for water and was not getting any and it turned out to be the water supply line. Super nice guy, very reasonable and knowledgable.

This is the second successful visit by Farhan. A year and a half ago I had three repair people tell me I needed a new sub-zero refrigerator or a major repair. Instead Farhan refilled the freon and the fridge has been running well until a few days ago when the evaporator motor broke. Farhan paid another visit and the repair was successful. Farhan is my go to guy for appliance repair in the future. Reliable and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Farhan came to the house promptly and determined the problem. Gave me an estimate, ordered the part I needed, and scheduled to come back and do the job. He did extra when he replaced a line that would be a problem in the future at no additional charge. He did a great job and the frig is working perfectly now. I would definitely have him back when I need another appliance repair.

Alliance Repair Services/Frank Farhan were excellent. I had a terrible time with another well-rated appliance repair service, so it was a big relief to get a prompt response to request, appointment scheduled in timely fashion with no complications like other company that had a phone service supposed to relay calls to technicians, punctual arrival, quick and courteous repairs. Mr. Farhan was very helpful in general, explaining things to me that no other repair person ever has - about importance of cleaning the dishwasher filter, using dishwasher cleaning solution and where to get it, cleaning stove burner, etc. He replaced dishwasher pump, fixed stove burner and power button on dryer - all for a much better price than I had been quoted by other services.

Farhaan diagnosed the problem quickly--control board was bad. He ordered the part, replaced the board, and cleaned the dust that contributed to the problem. I would highly recommend him.

Farhaan was very knowledgeable and very professional. He promptly came to our house, diagnosed the problem and quickly gave us an estimate and time frame for the repair. Service man came out and inspected stove. He was very punctual and communicated well. Called and text to alert when he was arriving. Very nice and professional. Even put on shoe covers before entering home. After inspecting the stove, the cost of the repair would've been too much and we decided just to replace the stove.

Our 15 year old microwave suddenly stopped working. After calling several appliance repair companies, none of which wanted to work on microwaves, we finally contacted Alliance Repair Services. Frank Farhan got back to us within a few hours and set up an appointment to come out the following week. He was polite, prompt and did an excellent job fixing the microwave. Even though we knew we could purchase a new microwave for less than the repair cost, we like the one we have and doubt new ones are built as well. Okay, after rescheduling a couple of times. He cleaned up sawdust from holes that were drilled in a cabinet. Only took about 30 minutes to complete the work.

Farhan was great! He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes--literally. Most importantly, though, he was honest and said the machine was not worth enough to repair. He was perfectly ready to fix it, but it would be less expensive to just buy a new one. Now THAT's service!

It went perfectly. We reached out via Angie’s list message and had a reply within minutes. Service was scheduled for the next day. Troubleshooting quickly identified a failed power inverter board, but also determined that the compressor itself was not damaged and did not need repair (honesty!). He had the part on the truck and it was replaced quickly. In addition, he found a VERY small leak from the water tubing that was only present when dispensing water. This was likely the root cause of the board failure. Awesome work! He also cleaned the coil with an air duster while he was back there. He went out of his way to make sure the fridge was good to go. Highly recommended!!!!
