Really well...only problem is that the doorbell became inoperative for a minute, but I notified them and they came right out and took care of it.

Prompt response to a telephone call. Estimate given over the phone and work was completed in two days.

Pro Exterior first worked in conjunction with Casey's Roofing as we had our roof replaced for siding on the windows on the second floor. As the roof work revealed a lot of rotted wood in the underside of the roof, we contracted with Pro Exterior to redo all the soffit & fascia after the roof was done. They came out once the special order materials were in and in two days had everything done. After the first day's work (which about 2/3's was done) they cleaned up and did not a mess overnight. One gutter re-connection was missed but they promptly came back & reconnected. The work looks great and the there was no leftover trash nor any damage to the landscaping.

The company quoted 3 days to finish the building, we are now on day 6. Every morning they begin the day by cussing loudly outside the tenants windows and blasting their radios. They day is continued with more foul language. They emptied the tenants from the parking lot to work on the back of the building for one day. 3 days later, they still hadn't gotten around to doing the back of the apartment. They block the entrances for the tenants and generally turned the yard into a lumber yard with their things everywhere. They were not professional or speedy and I would NEVER use their services again.
