They were able to get to our project quicker than originally predicted. The repairman arrived on time and got straight to work. Photos were taken to show the extent of the damage and the repair. The project was completed on the same day, as they said they would. The repair was completed within the estimated cost.

It was a very large siding job and despite some uncooperative weather it went well.

A home remodeler/handyman service gave me an estimate and gave me every worst case scenario about the leaks. He made it sound like my home was garbage and fixing it could be an open book. They attempted a fix job for $500 that did nothing. Pro Exterior Siding was very informative and told me exactly what needed to be done. I thought his price was very good, especially since the other guy charged me $500 and fixed nothing. It has rained several times since they installed the Tyvek and so far no leaks. Pro Exterior Siding came out the same day to give me an estimate. He returned the week he said he would.

Siding was damaged from a storm on 11/17. Called on 11/18 and they came by that day to give me a quote. Came on 11/19 and did the job as well as my neighbor. They did a great job!

When I finally decided what I wanted, they were very prompt in getting started, and completing the project. I was very impressed how careful they were with my plants and property. They cleaned up every night and Joel personally checked to make sure all was cleaned up at the end of the project.

We were very pleased with their services. We were provided an estimate within one day of requesting one, and the estimate was comparable to that provided by the insurance adjustor. Joel noticed some damage that had not been noted by the insurance adjustor and I was able to get this added to the insurance claim. To make sure they were able to match the siding correctly, Joel removed a siding panel and took a picture of the manufacturer's product stamp to order an exact replacement. Once we decided to use the company, Joel ordered the required materials and scheduled our installation within 3 days. I corresponded with Joel several times by email and he was always pleasant and prompt with replies. The job took 3-4 hours total. A friendly crew of 4 worked efficiently and did quality work.. There were a couple minor issues with the job that needed to be checked and/or corrected. These issues were promptly corrected the following morning. In summary...Pro Exterior Siding did quality work at a fair price. Their customer service was top notch and they truly wanted you to be satisfied.
