Friendly, knowledgable and reliable service. They have taken care of all our heating and cooling needs for years.

They came out in an emergency. They sent somebody over actually Sunday night and then somebody back over Monday to get it all set up. They were really fabulous about the courtesy and response time. Everything was good.

They did not really check the unit out at all, we had someone else come as a second opinion. The Second one checked the box outside, came in checked the inside.. Turnded it on and off several times... really checked it out.. He found there was a bug stuck in the contact so the unit couldn't turn on. It was cleaned out and very well and ran like a champ for several more years... Boo for these guys. I know this is an old issue but, I doubt its a one time thing to try to take advantage of people!

Removed old furnace and cleaned up all messes. Would highly recommend this company.

They have always been prompt. They don't make a mess. They are clean. They take care of things. They are reasonably priced. I didn't have a lot to compare with their price, but it seemed reasonable for what they did. The quality of work is good.

They replace my filter once a year. It's very huge. They also check the coolant and the burners of the furnace. They are really good. They were recommended to me by my brother who is an electrical contractor. He has worked with them on jobs and was pleased with their work.

My furnace would turn on like it was going to run, then would stop. I checked everything as they had showed me how to do when they were here previously (last year). I called them with an explanation of what was happening. They offered to come out immediately, but I had to go to work so had them come the following morning. Harry arrived promptly, had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes. Got the part he needed, replaced it, cleaned the burners and had it all working within half an hour. Prompt. Courteous. Friendly. Efficient. And reasonably priced. I am one very happy customer!

Great. Quick, Clean, Very Nice Installation

I had a coupon for an air conditioning cleaning and inspection. First, setting up the appointment was very easy. The day of the appointment, the technician was timely and professional. The technician took tome to answer additional questions about the process. What I appreciated most about the experience is Pro_Air sent out an itemized list of the items checked during the inspection within a day of the service call. Thankfully, there were no issues with my inspection, which was also comforting to know that Pro-Air did not identify non-valid issues to inflate the service call cost. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them based on my personal experience.

Great work by great people. I've used their services on several occasions for both heating and AC and have always been pleased by the work and the people. Prices are reasonable. They are always prompt and quick. I highly recommend them.

C & E is the absolute best in terms of servicing old steam heat systems. Gary (the technician that did the work) is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Very satisified with the services received

I've used this company for years. They're GREAT! They're consistently polite, friendly, and prompt. One winter night I returned home at 11:30 pm, only to find the furnace inoperable. The wind chill was 40 below, and it was FREEZING. I called C & E and asked for help. The service guy was already out and working, but added me to his list of service calls. In the meantime, I huddled up with my two dogs and was still cold (now I know where the saying "Three Dog Night" came from!!!) The service guy arrived at 2 in the morning, fixed my furnace, and even at that late hour, was friendly and simply nice as could be. These guys are GREAT!!!! As for the new furnace, the service guy gave me plenty of warning - he told me six months ahead that I was going to have to replace the furnace, which gave me time to dig in, save, and find the funds.

It was the first cold day of the fall, and of course my heater would not heat. Nor would my gas fireplace. I called in to C&E and only reported my heater problem. Greg was here exactly when he said he would, determined what the problem was and fixed the heater rather quickly. When he was done I asked if he would look at my gas fireplace - the pilot light would not stay lit. Even though it did not fall within the original call, he cleaned the pipe and got my pilot light to stay lit. The price was right, the service was exceptional - all my heating and A/C repairs will be fixed by C&E.
