Description of Work: Pro Air replaced our air-conditioning and furnace and installed a "zone" system for our two-story house. They were EXCELLENT to work with, arrived as scheduled, work completed on time, very considerate and conscientious workers. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: ProAir handled the installation of my Carrier geothermal system a few years ago. Their part of the project went well. Since then they have come out a few times to do routine maintenance and checkups. That was the case with their last visit -- a routine checkup on the geothermal system's operation. Their technicians have always been accommodating of my schedule and they have always been able to identify problems correctly.

Description of Work: They performed a full check if my furnace and also cleaned it. When finished they told me what was found and the furnace efficiency.

Description of Work: They checked out the a/c unit then told me my options which I was very satisfied with. They did what I ask and was very professional thru out the whole visit. I plan on using them again.

Description of Work: Gary came to my condo while I was out of town to help my daughter get my A/C serviced. He needed a hose and very carefully extended my front hose through my condo to the back yard. He was courteous, careful and and totally knowledgeable re: my unit. My daughter texted me right after his visit and was extremely happy with how much cooler my condo was. I have used C&E for over 20 years and have been honored to have Gary return each time.
