Description of Work: I called them for a dishwasher which wasn't fully draining at cycle's end. I was asked twice (when scheduling and upon arrival) if a new garbage disposal had recently been installed (it hadn't). When I questioned their interest in this, it was explained that there is some kind of switch on disposals that must be flipped to accommodate the washer draining and they wanted to ensure this wasn't the problem before charging me for unnecessary labor costs. As it was, they found the problem within a few minutes and after repairing it were completely finished in about 30 minutes. I have used this company on multiple occasions, different appliances, and several manufacturers. They have always responded quickly when called, verified the appointment before coming, and arrived on time. Additionally, they are polite and clean up before leaving. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: JT's fixed a water valve on my washing machine. The service person arrived when he said he would, explained what needed to be done, and ordered and replaced the part in a very timely fashion. I have used JT's for stove repair as well and could not have been more pleased. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is fast and reliable.
