JT'S APPLIANCE REPAIR

Great. Was here on Wednesday to check dryer, ordered the part and was back the following Tuesday to repair. Very satisfied with the service and the cost was what was quoted. Will definitely use this service again and will tell others.

Quick inexpensive fix.

Well it was hard to find someone who knows Samsung products but I still had this company come out and help, I'm glad I did. Service guy said he's just starting to learn Samsung products noticed the motor some how fell off its brackets. We thought it was a bad belt. He hooked motor back up with zip ties and working great and only charged us the service call price 55.00

The technician was knowledgeable and efficient.

The coolant was ordered and as promised, he returned in one week and not only replaced the coolant and fixed the refrigerator, but he also replaced a switch for the light in the refrigerator. He was very prompt and professional and I would use this company again. I have also used them in the past.

The technician ran diagnostics on the washer and didn't find anything. The drain was partially clogged and that was cleaned out. He also cleaned out the pump filter. He ran the washer with an extra heavy load and it worked properly. The technician was very professional, friendly and thoroughly explained what he did. The technician arrived within the stated time frame (2 hours). I was given the technician's name when the appointment was made and he introduced himself when he arrived. Excellent experience.

Extremely satisfied with JTs. Have used them twice in 10 days and they were exceptional both times. Did nice job explaining repair needed and were very professional and timely!! Definitely recommend them and will use them again!!!

Aaron found that the computer board was burned out. To my surprise, he was able to replace it on the spot. He could not guarantee that there was no other problem, so he promised to take the board back and refund the purchase price if I wanted to return it. He even promised a discount rate on the second service call if that happened. It turned out the computer board was the only problem. My refrigerator is now working happily.

Very well. Service technician was on time, professional, explained every step of the process, was quick to avoid additional labor expense, and gave us tips about additional appliances.

Apparently he thoroughly dismantled the dryer and cleaned lint out, examined the vent, and used a temperature/wind speed sensor to confirm that it was actually functioning just fine. He discussed the situation with my wife and came to the conclusion that it's likely that our washer is getting aged and, since I've replaced the belt recently, it's probably a larger problem like the transmission that is likely not cost-effective to repair. So I feel satisfied that we got knowledgeable, honest service from a competent provider at a reasonable price, and I would certainly recommend them to others.

Totally awesome! He had the part to fix my dryer and knew what it was. He even called before he got there when he was on his way so I could turn the dryer on. He parked across the street not blocking my drive and came in the back door!! Never had that happen before. Usually people come to the front door and walk through the livingroom in their dirty shoes and they park in the drive blocking it. Can't say enough good things about them. And he not only fixed the dryer but cleaned the vent with a wire brush and advised that I do that also when it gets difficut to peel the lint off.

Diagnosed problems during first service call. He left enough information with my wife that I could have repaired the dishwasher myself if I had chosen to. The necessary replacement parts were installed in the second visit. By the time everything was done, he has also given us insight into remaining expected service life for our appliance, what to expect going forward, and some maintenance items we can easily do on our own to improve our experience with our appliances.

We certainly got more than we asked for originally. Didn't realize the frig drain was plugged and there was water in the bottom of the frig and previous spills that had accumulated to make it worse. Then the tips on the dishwasher and microwave were spot on. The technician was extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to, walking me through all the repair work. Will certain will go to them first in the future for repairs.

Called JT's at 10:00 a.m. today (July 3rd). Spoke with a very friendly woman. She said they had a full schedule and would be closed after today until next Tuesday and said they probably would not get there until then, but she would check with the repairman (Mark) and see if he could try to work it in today. Mark called at 4:00 and said he could be there in 5-10 min if we were going to be there. He arrived 5 minutes later, diagnosed it quickly, had the part on hand, and had it fixed by 5:00. Very friendly and helpful. Great service and reasonable pricing!

I received a call from a tenant indicating the washing machine was leaving rust marks on her clothing. I called JT's and they took my information. They handled setting up the appointment directly with my tenant. The washing machine is pretty old and JT's told me they would call me if they felt the money for a repair would be better used buying a new machine. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly. They called me and left me a message detailing what the problem was -- nothing serious. My tenant was happy with the service and so was I. Nice job JT's.

I called JT's. They sent a technician to provide an estimate on the cost of repairs. He ordered parts and returned to complete the work within a couple of business days. The technician was very helpful and courteous. The price seemed appropriate and reasonable. I would use again.

He had to come back the next day with the coolant for the refrigerator. He arrived at the time he said he would back. He worked fast and so far the refrigerator is working fine. He told us what to check to see if any of the coolant is leaking and explained in detail about what to do if it leaks in a specific area of the refrigerator...which would be repairable...but if it leaked in a different area, then we would probably need an new appliance.

Initial sales call he was able to fix enough to kill the screech (THANK YOU!) and the returning visit (with parts) he fixed the remainder. Office manager very nice also.

Excellent service! I called on Thursday because the dryer drum would not turn, suspected broken belt. They had a repair man out the next day exactly within the time frame I was given (2 hour window). The man was polite and very quick. He had diagnosed and repaired the problem in about 30 minutes or less. He offered advice on replacing an additional part that would make the belt last longer and that part was very inexpensive, so I did both. He also gave great advice on models of washing machines, as mine is near the end of its life. Overall a great experience and would absolutely use them again!

He was extremely helpful and explained things. I couldn't have asked for someone so respectful. He cleaned things behind me. He is very nice. I like the way they cleaned up. He defended us to the insurance company to cover it. The lady in the office was extremely sweet and helpful. They said they would show up around twelve and two and they showed up late. I would use them in the future.

He was really incredibly. He was a nice guy, he was anxious to help, and he didn't charge extra for the additional small things that he did for me. They were super and I have recommended them to other people. He was really good and I was impressed.

called, talked with a wonderful lady and set up appt for 2 days out-He called prior to arrival to make sure I was there or someone was-came in, questioned us on problem, proceeded to pull out unit, cleaned it, inspected and testing the wires and looked at the venting system, Found the problem with a part, that he also had another one on hand-replaced, checked, cleaned up after himself and made invoice out and we paid....

Our washing machine stopped working. We called JT's and they came out the following day. He found the problem and gave us several suggestion how to 'make do' until we had to get it fixed. He also gave us several tips for the front load washing machine that we were not aware of. Later that day, we tried to use the machine using his tips, but it just wasn't going to work. We called back to make another appointment. The service man called us back directly, and explained why our parts cost more and he wanted to confirm we still wanted it. He said they should have the part in 2 days, and put us down for Friday so he could get us in before the weekend. He’s going to call 20 minutes before he gets there so we don’t have to wait, or he’ll call if he’s not able to make it. He’s “squeezing” us in so we have it before the weekend. We are very pleased with this type of customer service.
