+ -1 moreI bought a riding mower from Individualized Repair, and they did a fine job of delivering it, setting it up, and showing me how to use it. It was a used mower, and many of the items that would have been maintenance headaches had already been replaced or refurbished well.
Description of Work: He has been very responsive about questions involving my lawn mower, which I also purchased from him. He's very good about getting back to you about problems and questions.

Called back with quote several days later explaining all the necessary repairs required to get the mower running again. Completed same and brought the mower back a few days later. The mower now works perfectly. I was very impressed with Individualized Repair and Martin in particular; specifically the responsiveness, quality of work and overall price and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend their services to any and all. I was so pleased with the service, I had him take a 2nd mower back to his shop for a tune-up which was accomplished with the same level of excellence,
