Description of Work: They came and cleaned all our vents, sanitized, and inspected our AC. The service was THOROUGH (the worker was there for over 5 hours) and very professional. Our house smelled incredibly clean when I got home (my wife was the one there during the cleaning, and our son's allergies due to the previous owner's cat seemed reduced. The sanitation step was definitely worth it. They did not have trouble getting to any of our vents (as I read they did in another review), even though some of them were under cabinetry. I would highly recommend Chambers Services!

Description of Work: Repairman brought new tumbler wheels for the electric dryer and replaced worn ones. He vacuumed out all the lint on the inside of the dryer, checked the belt for wear and was finished within the one hour service call. Very professional and efficient. Dryer works fine.

Description of Work: Everything went smooth and according to plan. We purchased a special deal from Chambers on Angie's List allowing for the repair of one large appliance for $79. In our case it was the washer. The serviceman was professional and punctual. The diagnosis was just a clogged pump. He cleaned out the pump and then cleaned up the mess. I would definitely use their service again.

Nearly 80 percent of our appliance repairs are completed on the first visit. Our vehicles are well stocked and if a technician happens to not have a part with him, we have thousands of parts in our warehouse in Bloomington and tens of thousands more parts available to us at our Peoria warehouse so that if you are inconvenienced by a non-working appliance, your time waiting for the part to fix the issue will be as short as possible.

Once again, my technician was able to have the part on his vehicle and repair the appliance in one visit. I'm happy that we were able to service your appliance needs and hope that you will keep us in mind if any future issues occur with any of your appliances or heating and air conditioning. We carry a full line of appliance and HVAC parts. If we don't have the part, we are usually able to get it within 48 hours. It is always our goal to complete the repair on the first visit. Our technicians are all factory trained to keep up with the latest technology and my office staff attempts to get the most specific complaint so that they can be sure to have the possible failed part sent along with them to help reach our goal.

Description of Work: Checked freezer and took apart drier to find cause of a strange noise. Told me it was a loose wheel, but noise went away on its own while we were waiting for the ordered part to arrive. So I question the validity of their diagnosis. However, they were on time, nice, and clean.

Description of Work: Cleaned a clogged gas jet on our stove top. He did a good job and was friendly and professional. He initially wanted to charge an additional $55 over the Angie's Deal of $79 but when I showed him the Angie's Deal copy he was fine with it and said he had not been told that by the dispatcher before he came to the house. The dispatcher had told him that only the service call charge had already been paid.
